First of all, in my opinion, it s important for us to have a fight attitude towards exams. They are only a means of checking how we are getting along with our studies, so there is no need to worry too much about the results. Study hard every day and make careful plans for every exam. In this way we can avoid suffering from the pressure of exams.
Besides, enough sleep can make us energetic and enable us to perform well in an exam. Therefore, ring the period of exams, we should not stay up too late. We can also try a warm bath or a cup of warm milk before going to bed. They might help us to have a sound sleep.
(We d better go out for a walk or do some outdoor exercises before and ring an exam so that we can keep ourselves relaxed and then concentrate ourselves on exams.)

As someone who has travelled throughout Asia on business and holiday I would like to give my opinion on its environmental impact. 一天，老师带领同学们去植树。路上，同学们排着整齐的队伍。天气很好，蓝天上飘着朵朵白云，春天真美啊。老师给我们分了工，我们大家就分头干了起来。
同学们先挖树坑，挖完后把小树苗放进去，再填上土，最后再给小树苗浇点水，一棵小树就种好了。大家干得兴高采烈。小刚和小红干得特别认真。小红扶着小树苗，小刚给小树苗填土，小树苗种好了，他们都高兴地笑了。经过一个上午紧张愉快的劳动，同学们在小土坡上种了几十棵小树苗。看着自己的劳动成果，同学们心里高兴极了，在老师的带领下，满意地回去了。
评改意见：从文章中我们可以看出，小作者没有认真审题，弄清题意。题目要求在观察中看看图上画的是什么季节，都有谁，他们在干什么，特别强调要注意近处两个人的动作，因此文章的重点应写图画上近处两个学生植树时的动作，分几步写清楚植树的过程，这些在文章中并没有具体地介绍，对人物动作的描写只是“小红扶着小树苗，小刚给小树苗填土。”怎样扶，怎样填，以及他们是怎样挖坑，怎样互相配合，小作者都没有写清楚。观察的不细致，反映在文章中，就让人感到语言简单，内容空洞。因而在人物的语言，神态等方面，小作者缺乏想象。描写主要人物的神态，只有一句“他们都高兴地笑了”，没有一句对话，使图画的内容并没有在读者的眼前像放电影一样活起来，显得死板。文章内容松散，有时与主题脱节。开头部分老师带同学们去植树，具体的时间，地点，原因都没有写。“同学们排着整齐的队伍”一句更显得突兀，对天气的描写与赞美，本来可以与植树联系起来，但又被作者忽视了。对劳动过程的描写，作者用“先怎样，再怎样，最后怎样”一笔带过。没有劳动的场面，没有具体的人物活动。图中的学生们从他们手里的工具以及动作可以看出，他们有的在挖坑，有的在浇水，有的扛来小树苗，有的自己干，有的两三个人一起干。文章中没有描述。主要人物的描写中，也让我们不能了解植树的步骤，过程是怎样的。
文章结尾没有起到点明中心，深化主题的作用。“在老师的带领下，满意地回家了。”满意什么，为什么满意？劳动的结果只是种了几十棵树，植树的意义何在？读后并没有使人受到教育，明白植树对保护环境，对人类生存的重要性。这是文章的一大不足。
