我觉得听力部分可以免了，，如果你是在想做听力，那就多听听磁带。（听力30分）
一、、、一般第一大题是单选题，七年级选择题大概有10~15道。你前3~5题可以出一些基础题。中间3~5题出一些你平时爱错的，后面3~5提出一些难度较高的题。（选择题一半靠一些经常爱考的知识点，你尽量出一些这样的题）选择题一般每题一分。（共10~15分，一般是15分）
二、、、一般第二题是完形填空，这道题就要看文章的解构了。你要先看清楚文章是什么时态，还要清楚动词的语法。这道题像你们七年级应该不难，但要是到了我们八年级，就小有难度。一般有10个空，一空一分，实在不会，就看着选项选答案。（共10分）
三、、、、这时候就是阅读理解出场的时间了。你们七年级应该有2篇阅读，这就要看你的造化了，你要是英语学得好，绝对没问题，要是中等，也可以，就看你能不能看懂短文的意思了。阅读有两篇，一片有两问，一问一分，（共20分。）

（3）还是词汇题。这个是句型转换。一般能让你对划线句子提问，还有同义句，做出回答啊，改为一般疑问句啊。应该不难。一共五道小题，一道题两个空，一空一分（共10分，不过要是你一个空错了，那么一道小题就全错！）

1．单项选择
单项选择题共10道小题，知识覆盖面较广，重点、难点和疑点比较突出，注重能力考查。考查以动词为主，兼顾其它词类，并考查句法和语言点。考查的方式突出了语境。
2．完形填空
文章对学生的语言理解能力和综合运用能力提出了较高的要求，重点突出了对单复数和语言点的考查。
3．阅读理解

四、问题及对策
（一）主要问题
1、学校两极分化明显。因此如何有效地抑制两极分化，对学有困难的学生的转化提高，大面积提高英语教学质量，对大多数学校来说，任务依然艰巨。
2、基础知识和基本技能不扎实，学生对一些基本词汇、语法、句型的掌握不够熟练，也就谈不上运用了。因此，课堂教学中如何注重基础知识和基本技能的合理、有效地训练，应引起高度重视。
3、学生综合运用语言的能力不强，试卷中有许多试题要求学生在一定的语境中灵活运用知识独立解决。但考查的结果却暴露教学中的一个薄弱环节。因此，在平时教学中如何培养学生综合运用语言的能力应引起教师的高度重视，而不是单纯地教师讲语法，学生背语法。
4、学生的书面表达中中国式的英语较多，拼写错误也较多，在日常教学中如何对学生进行有效的写的训练仍是教师需要考虑的问题。
（二）对策及建议
要更好地把握《英语课程标准》对日常教学的指导。英语测试强化“突出语篇，强调应用，注重交际”这一原则，基础知识的考查从注重语言形式转变为注重语言意义，并要求在特定的语境中理解其特定的含义，在情景设计上更加灵活和实用。因此教师要提高教学质量，必须要在注重语法知识教学的同时，更应该注重增加综合性与语境化的因素。这就要求在平时的教学中，注重语言的应用价值。
1、抓好听力训练关。
注重培养学生良好的听、说、读、写的习惯，把习惯变成能力。按《课程标准》所规定的有关五级听的要求，加大听力训练量。在教学中不仅要培养学生的听力技能技巧, 还要扩大听力资源，使学生能尽可能多的获取语言输入量，使其听力水平逐步提高。
2、要求教师在平时教学中积极创设情景，促进口语交流。
学习语言的目的在于正确使用语言。因此，在教学中要结合学生的实际，编写有助于开展口语交流活动的材料，要设法创设交流活动情景，以激发学生的学习兴趣，引导学生积极参与语言实践活动，培养学生自主学习的能力。
3、强化阅读，正确引导，开阔视野。
随着《课程标准》的实行，对学生在阅读方面的要求越来越高。而中考对考生阅读理解能力的考查，已由过去五个W的浅层考题过渡到找出短文主旨、推断深层涵义、文中细节和猜词解义，特别要注重语篇和应用。为此，在初中阶段必须适应这一要求，加大阅读量，提高阅读速度，提高考生的阅读理解水平，而且要帮助考生掌握阅读技巧。
4、循序渐进，加强训练，提高写作技巧。
在课堂教学中，教师按“句---段---篇”的训练程序，由易到难，循序渐进。在平时的训练时，要分阶段进行，有内容，有侧重。要学生学会谋篇布局的能力，找准切入点。要学会互评作文。同时教师应加强辅导，帮助学生掌握一些写作技巧，注意书写习惯，增强写作信心，从而提高学生的写作能力。
