英文邀请函一般正式的文体前面都不空格，且段落间是要空一行的。格式如下：

⑸ 英语邀请函的格式

首先是主人（复邀请人）的姓名制（要用全称）或头衔；
第二部分是“requests the pleasure (或者honor)of",相当于汉语的“恭请”
第三部分是客人（被邀请人）的姓名（要用全称）（加’S）或用Your (泛指）；
第四部分是“presence at ..." 相当于汉语中的“光临。。。”
第五是日期；
第六是钟点
第七是地点
给你的例子：

现代诗对格式的要求不像古诗严格，从形式上比较自由，只要上口，把内容表达版清楚，把情感抒发得体权就行。但是也不能太白话了，要有一定的诗意。在押韵上也不太严格，可中间变韵，也可不韵。每句的字数上也没有要求。
一种写现代诗的格式：
1]人物XXX地点
2]物品XXX动作
3]在XXX（地点）
4]存在（条件）XXX

初看起来会比较模糊，甚至不知道我在讲什么，没有关系，让我来慢慢解释：
1] 人物地点是阐述一个状态，例如“我站在27楼楼顶的边缘”
2]物品XXX动作：阐述一个与[1]相关的情形，例如“漫天的雪花在我脚下坠落”
3]在XXX（地点）：变幻场景，例如“在那个有风的日子里”
4]存在（条件）XXX：简单的说就是陈述一个没有联系的状态，例如“我的眼泪化作了片片的雪花”

那么将上面的四句连起来，看看像不像一首现代诗：

漫天的雪花在我脚下坠落
在那个有风的日子里
我的眼泪化作了片片的雪花

⑺ 英文邀请函格式范文

这个我们经常写，就是办理签证用，都是用有公司信息的信纸写，页眉是公司LOGO,页脚是公司名字地址电话传真啥的，正文跟下面这样就行了，最后签字盖公章。
