教《古典文献学》的盛莉老师表示,自己对学生逃课表示理解,但不赞同。虽说没有不逃课的大学生,但学生还是应该珍惜难得的学习机会,毕竟机不可失,失不再来。

学生工作者:宜堵更宜疏

为防止大学生逃课,高校常用的方法是点名,统计学生到课情况并与其综合测评、评优评先等奖惩挂钩。中南民族大学文学与新闻传播学院甚至规定:一学期内无故缺课累计超过该门课程教学时数1/3者,不得参加该课程的考试,成绩以零分计。

一位在校大学生告诉记者,为了应付学校点名,有学生代为签到、很多同学第一节课上完就开溜。

从事学生工作多年的沈群香老师认为,学生逃课,原因是多方面的。既有现行的教学管理模式与体制存在一定的不足、学分与学时制混乱的问题,也与老师的教学方式陈旧古板、教学内容枯燥有关系。另外,学生的厌学情绪、惰性和跟风心理也是重要原因。

沈群香称,改善逃课现象是一个长期的慢慢疏导的过程,学校应该就多种原因,综合应对逃课现象,不能一味强制学生,否则会引起学生反感。管理、教育应该建立在尊重学生的基础上。
