做这些事情，我相信一旦他们走出校园，他们不会感到困惑。不过，这还不是全部。找到一份好工作，一个好的求职信，求职面试，也很重要。另一方面，他们可以要求工作的电子邮件，朋友及其他方法。总之，要找到一份好的工作，他们应该抓住每一个机会继续学习。最后但并非最不重要，更自信，更多的机会。
How to Find a Good Job
Nowadays, more and more university graates complain that graation does not equate to employment.They experience great difficulties finding satisfactory jobs.But the saying goes Everything is difficult to begin.In my opinion,before finding a job,they should do some preparations.
First,when they are in school, they should make good use of their time and put their heart into their studies. They can hold part-time jobs in their spare time to get some work experience. Second,They should take part in some social activities and provide themselves with special training so that they are more confident and courageous enough to face fairly good jobs or certain positions require.
Do those things above,I believe once they go out of the campus,they won’t feel bewildered.However,that’s not all.To find a good job,a good application letter and a job interview which are also important.On the other hand,they can ask for jobs by E-mail,friends and the other ways.In a word, want to find a good job,they should catch every chance and keep learning.At last but not least,more confident more chances.

I don't understand english and many times when i want to speak english, I can't get the proper word. My vocabulary and pronunciation are weak. I want to speak english fluent. I think the most difficult is learning grammars, we have to analysis tenses, to understand what does mean this sentence. I am not good at remembering words either.
