二、多读范文,逐步培养语感 多读范文,能起到启迪思路,开阔眼界的作用,在读范文时,我指导学生重点地背诵一些描写生动的句子,重要的句型结构,范文中精练语言或说明、描写、议论等名段,脑中有“货”,用时方可取出。

三、结合英语基础知识,进一步提高对学生写作能力的要求 课文是学生学习英语,培养能力所依靠的主要内容。教师应结合课文,由浅入深,由零散到系统地指导学生掌握写作规律。如学了课文“A New Factory”教师可指导学生写一篇“Our Beautiful School”。教师可给学生提供写作中可能使用的词汇或限定使用一些简单的语法内容,进行模仿写作。

四、有目的、多形式地进行题材专练 学生仅限于模仿范文写作是远远不够的,教师应有目的地训练学生根据所给文字或图示情景的要求,正确理出思路,按不同文体的要求写出一定字数文字作文或看图作文。训练中,教师要提供各种文体的范文,书写格式及方法等,有计划地进行半控制性的作文指导。从实际操作的经验看,3到5周练习一种题材,能循序渐进地掌握其写作技巧,领悟写作步骤,形成写作思路,提高写作水平。

何指导高中英语基础差的学生写英语作文 崔花丽 写作是高中英语教学中一项十分重要的内容,在高考试卷中占有较高的分值。然而, 从高中英语考试的结果来看,学生的写作成绩一直不理想,成为失分最多的题型之一。特别 是对于英语基础薄弱的学生, 可能会失去信心, 甚至产生了畏惧心理。 结合自己的教学经验, 谈谈怎样有意识地指导学生掌握写作方法和技巧。 我认为在教学过程中, 教师应结合新教材 的特点,大致应注意以下几点: 一、循序渐进,注重基本训练 英语属于结构语言,它有自己的基本句型、固定搭配、固定短语等,这些都是不可变 的,要想在写作中用上它们,用好它们,必须加强这方面的基本训练,加强五种基本句型结 构教学。几乎所有的英语句型都是五种句型的扩大、延伸或变化,因此训练学生“写”就要抓 住五种基本句型的训练,让他们把这五种基本句型记牢,不断运用。五种基本句型是: (1)S+V; (2)S+V+O; (3)S+V+O+O; (4)S+V+P; (5)S+V+O+C. 英语写作能力必须由浅入深、由简到繁、由易到难、循序渐进、一环紧扣一环地进行 训练。因此,教师应注重抓基本功训练,严格要求学生正确、端正、熟练地书写字母、单词 和句子,注意大小写和标点符号。进行组词造句、组句成段练习时,要求学生写出最简单的 短句。其次,在加强简单句训练的成熟之际,适当鼓励学生尝试写一些复合句,以此增强文 章色彩。 二、常抓听写和翻译 听写能促使学生掌握单词和短语拼写。该法简单有效,易操作。每天坚持让学生听写, 不过关者重复听写, 直至过关为止。 汉译英练习能够帮助学生熟悉和运用教材每单元的重点 短语,但机械、呆板的翻译练习往往使学生厌烦。教师在布置翻译练习时,不妨创造性地利 用教材,以学生的兴趣、爱好或熟知的事物为出发点来设计练习。 三、多读多背 学生写作能力,不是老师讲出来的而是学生练出来的。课堂上的训练、讲评很重要但 学生基本功和课外知识的积累却是重中之重。 我认为要求学生平时多读多背好文章、 好句子、 谚语、俗语,会对书面表达的提高起到画龙点睛的作用,而这些句子、文章往往就在我们身 边。例如: 1、经典谚语( Proverbs): Do inRomeas Romans do. 入乡随俗。 East or west, home is best. 东方或西方,家是最好的 Romewas not built in a day. 冰冻三尺,非一日之寒。 Where there is a will,there is a way!有志者,事竞成。 2、常用的英语句子结构: I think that she/he is fond of… It is + adj. + to do sth. It is + 强调成分 + that…. 3、经典句子 Best wishes for Teachers' Day. We don't think there is anything of interest in your picture. The problem is that 300 people are dying each day from illness caused by smoking. 四、范文示例、树立信心 教师的范文不仅要在格式、内容要点、语法修辞与语言习惯上给学生树立样版,而且 要考虑到英语的多种表达方法。 学生在经过紧张的思维与写作之后, 及时听到一篇比较规范 的答卷,比较一下自己的作业,可初步衡量出自己的答题的准确度,找出差距,及时查出作 业中的毛病。实践证明这种练习可调动学生积极性,且效果非常明显。 五、找出症结,帮助学生克服母语干扰 在英语写作教学实践中,我们不难发现学生有以下几种通病:1、认为英语中存在与汉 语完全对应的词。实际上,除了一些专业术语外,英汉两种语言中几乎没有完全对应的词。 比如,开发中国西部是很重要的。It’s very important to develop the western China.翻译这 个句子偏爱使用形式主语 it 来翻译,真正的主语---动词不定式短语则放在后面。2、在写英 语作文时, 大部分学生往往会用汉语思维构思篇章, 然后再按照汉语的意思逐词逐句译成英 语。 有些中式英语妨碍了交流思想, 如: 世上没有后悔药。 There is no regret medicine in the world.我们应引导学生用简单的英语表达来克服母语的干扰,可向学生讲解如何将上述句子 转化为正确的英语表达,如:It is no use regretting it.我们也可以给学生提供一个与此相关 的谚语,如:覆水难收。It’s no use crying over spilt milk. 六、注重教师的指导作用 教师批改是写作教学的有机组成部分,批改过程中,教师的指导作用就在于肯定学生 的成绩,指出错误,给学生以恰当的评价。但在批改过程中,如果抓住学生的错误不放,有 错必纠, 改到最后, 就变成了教师自己的作品; 如果对错误视而不见, 写得再多也收效甚微。 我根据教学实践,对于新教材中的“有指导的写”的写作训练,是规定学生限时写完,同桌、 前后桌互相批改,重新行文,再上交。这样批改起来就非常轻松,而且典型错误,很容易找 出,有利于讲评。对于新教材中的“自由写作”训练,我指导学生弄清主题,抓住要点,组词 造句,安排好顺序,过渡到段落形成短文,多用熟悉的单词和句型,多用五种基本型表达。 然后让学生共同研究,互相评论写好的草稿,以便最后写出修改的稿子来,这就有助于减轻 教师修改作业的负担,也有利于学生写作的提高。 总之,只要注意采取适当的形式来训练英语基础差的学生英文写作,他们的写作能力 定能得到极大的提高。
