The past decade has witnessed a more and more fierce competition in the job market.Consequently students voice growing concern over how to get a job after graation. To this problem, in my mind, there are at least the following three approaches.
First of all, the main approach is to take part in grand recruiting fairs in big cities. The student hands in his resume and waits for the notice of an interview. Secondly, the students can go over the advertisements on newspapers, TV or the Internet to find a satisfactory job. Of course he should also wait for reply after sending out applications. Finally, going directly to an ideal company is a brave behavior, which sounds pretty rare among the job hunters.
Personally, I would like to choose the second method in my own practice. On the one hand, I don't want to have a try at those companies which are not advertised in the mass media. The success rate is so rare that I cannot afford the time and energy. On the other hand, I would not like to go to those crowded recruiting fairs, which often provide only poorly-paid posts which are neither challenging nor promising. As long as I am sure of making sufficient preparations and distinguishing myself ring interviews, it is out of question for me to get the ideal job which I have been dreaming of.

如何写好中考考场作文 近年来中考作文都是以话题作文为主流的命题形式。话题作文只给考生一则材料,一些提示、一个话题和一些注意事项,让考生任意选择一种适合自己的表达方式、表现手法,任选一个所熟悉和感兴趣的内容来抒发与话题相关的某种思想、认识和情感等。真可谓“海阔凭鱼跃,天高任鸟飞”了。考场作文是对学生作文水平的一次全面检验,要求比较严格。作为将要参加考试的学生要采取恰当的应对策略,怎样才能写好考场作文呢?我认为至少应在以下四方面努力:一、细审题 “一夫当关,万夫莫开”。在作文考试中,第一关就是作文的审题。尽管话题作文降低了审题的难度,但不等于不要审题,并不意味着写作时可以天马行空。话题往往是由材料引出的,这就意味着材料与话题之间有着密切的关系。一篇考场作文题目,凝结着命题专家的大量心血,材料中的每一句话,每一个字都有许多深刻的内涵。我们要在材料中找出控制骏马奔驰的缰绳——体现主旨的关键词语。这样我们就可以把命题的意图吃准,在一定的高度上审视材料,在写作的时候才不会顾此失彼。如果仅仅因为时间紧,我们视而不见,或走马观花,就很难把握文章的中心,想找到正确的切入点就非常困难了。另外,要认真研究作文要求。现在作文要求非常宽泛,文体你可以自由选择。但不是没有要求!你如果选择了记叙文的体裁,你就必须老老实实地按照记叙文的规矩去写,如果你选择了议论文,你就要有论点、论据、论证,老老实实地写下去。千万不要分不清楚说明和记叙,抒情和议论乱搅和。写诗歌必须要有形象和意境,写戏剧一定要有尖锐的矛盾冲突。“不怕题老虎,只怕小马虎”。我们要在审题的时候,把作文要求认真研究,仔细看清,发挥自己写文章的长处,注意扬长避短。二、走熟路许多下笔成文,或出口成章的人,他们心里装的不是一盘散沙,而是一块块观点材料统一的“预制构件”。应考前也应当造点“预制构件”,即围绕一个中心,先做片断练习,适当记忆,熟练掌握。考试时可以在已有的“预制构件”的基础上,变换角度,组成新的文章,使之与考试的命题要求相符合。这些“预制构件”如何成为一个有机的整体,同样需要走熟路,即建立起熟悉的结构框架。尽可能选择自己所了解的新角度,新形式,新体裁,搭出独具慧眼,极富个性的框架。然后纵观框架,就可以领悟到全文是否紧扣题意?所用的材料是否符合话题的要求?全文的内容是否具体、充实?观点是否正确、感情是否健康?段落层次是否清楚?开头结尾照应得怎样?如此,就会“胸中有全局,笔下有路数”,为文章提供了可靠的依据。再按“纲”顺“路”走下去,就不会出现行文过程中的思维“短路”现象,这不但可以节省写作时间,更可以提高作文质量。

I. 如何有效引导高中学生进行英语写作训练

在多年的高中英语教学中提及写作教学,学生有很多抱怨,有人说题目太难他们无从下手,有人说想不起与作文主题相关的表达方式,还有人说教师给学生提供的帮助太少。如此等等,笔者有一个长期思考且不解的疑惑:该怎样设计一堂英语写作课才能更好地指导学生完成写作任务。只有关注这些抱怨,我们才能真正了解问题所在,才能及时解决学生在学习过程中遇到的困难。在当前的英语教学中,很多教师都为学生开展写作训练课,并引入写作任务,以期帮助学生提高写作能力。但是,面对难度高于自己水平的写作任务,学生往往容易产生畏惧情绪。那么,教师在写作课上应如何设计写作任务?需要注意哪些问题呢?在学习了龚亚夫教授的四种设计写作任务模式后,即Experience tasks(经验型任务)、Shared tasks(共享型任务)、Guided tasks(指导型任务)、Independent tasks(独立型任务),对笔者的实际教学起到了很好的指导作用,让笔者懂得了在写作训练中为学生精心设计写作任务的重要性,也让笔者设计写作任务时有了更加明晰的指导思想。 我们指导学生完成写作任务的一个重要的教学理念是“教学生”,而不是“考学生”。也就是说,我们在写作课上给学生布置任务,其主要目的不是为了测试、评估学生的能力,而是引导学生通过完成这些写作任务来提高个人的写作能力。因此,教师一定要给学生搭建“脚手架”,让他们觉得任务难度虽然有点高,但也并非遥不可及。新课改英语教学的宗旨是英语教育的多元化目标,知识的传授只是其中的一部分,要让英语教学更多地与学生的生活经验、社会经验、思想情感和文化知识相结合,增加课程的人文性和社会性。 我们知道,无论哪一种写作任务都围绕一个话题来进行。Shared tasks(共享型任务)更适合我们农村中学学生的写作水平并选用学生较熟悉的话题,以激活学生的背景知识。例如可以选择一些当时的时事热点或者与学生相关的事件,这样,学生看到写作话题后不至于大脑一片空白。熟悉的话题可以有效地调动学生所积累的语言知识,有利于学生明确写作思路,并运用恰当的语言表达方式。 我们可能有一些疑问:如果有些话题不是所有学生都熟悉的,或者说学生对此话题了解很少,这种情况下该怎么办?其实,Shared tasks(共享型任务)要求教师在设计写作任务时,能够有效地使用小组讨论的形式。教师涉及到教学任务不一定非要由学生个人完成,可以让学生小组来完成,每个小组可由两个或两个以上的学生组成。这样,面对较难的写作任务时,由于小组内每个学生所具有的背景知识与语言知识不尽相同,他们可以通过讨论来确定作文的思路、框架及需要使用的语言表达方式,最终通过小组协作共同完成写作任务。每个学生都可以在小组活动中发现自己欠缺但同伴具有的知识,促进同学之间的互相学习。正如语言学家Saragietal所说:Although learners may be of roughly equal proficiency,they will certainly have learned different aspects of the language. 其实,很多教师在教学实践中也常常使用这种共享型写作任务,比如笔者在所任高二班级布置了这样的写作任务:高三学习任务非常繁重。因此,同学们对是否参加学校各种文体活动有着不同的看法,请以Taking Part in School Activities为题,根据下列提示,并结合自己的所见所闻,用英语写一篇120字左右的短文。 Taking Part in School Activities 把全班分两大组,一组又按四人小组去讨论,笔者指导提示这样的问题:“高三学生为什么要参加学校各种文体活动?”“学习书本是不是他们唯一的任务?”“通过参加活动去实践他们所学的知识”“也可以放松身心更好地投入学习中”等等。同样,另一组又按四人小组讨论,“高三学生时间紧,学习任务重,没时间参加。”“他们认为参加文体活动对他们的发展没有太多的帮助。”“还有人不感兴趣。”等等。确定作文的思路后,再讨论框架,明显的三段成文,最后一段讨论个人观点。期刊文章分类查询,尽在期刊图书馆最后集合了全班写作思路和相关的词汇: school activities 学习活动 some practical knowledge 一些实践知识 take part in (join…in;participate in) 参加 spend … in doing something(spend … on something.) 花时间干某事(花……在某个方面) further development 深远的发展 However,firstly,besides,what’s more,in one’s opinion,as far as I’m concerned … 1.参加活动的优点: take every chance to get some practical knowledge 2.不参加的理由: take little interest in spend most of time on study make full use of time to study have little further development 3.个人观点: as far as one’s concerned,prefer the first view on one hand,learn a great deal from other students furthermore,the modern society requires of young students many qualities,so“bookworms” can’t keep up with the times any linger. 在设计共享型任务时,还要注意两个问题:第一,由于学生的水平不一致,优秀的学生往往在小组活动中较活跃,而相对差一些的学生则根本没有参与讨论与思考,从而违背了设计这种写作任务的初衷。所以,教师能够把写作任务设置得更详细些,并要求学生在小组活动中有所分工,能力较强的学生可以多做一些,但一定要保证差一些的学生也能得到一定的任务量,从而获得锻炼的机会。第二,即使以小组的方式完成任务,教师也要时刻注意学生讨论和思考的方向,及时引导他们,而不能对学生的小组讨论情况不管不问。在此过程中,很多学生会对教师提出一些问题,教师要注意哪些问题可以回答学生,而哪些只需要指出方向即可。在教学过程中,笔者经常会遇到学生问某个单词的拼写或短语的表达方式,如果该词汇或短语属于课标要求范围之内,笔者就不直接告诉学生答案,指导他们通过使用词典或者通过其他的方式找到答案。或者还有没有其他同义词可以替代…… 总之,不论哪一种类型的写作方式,都是为了缩短学生现有的背景知识、语言知识、写作能力与写作任务要求之间的距离。如果写作任务中这种差距过大,写作任务的难度太大,会挫伤学生完成任务的信心和学习的积极性,从而得不到真正的提高。作者单位:甘肃省临夏县土桥中学
