主题研修活动的要求与流程
（一）根据需要，选好研修主题
学员结合学习内容、教学的进度和所教学生的实际情况，在专家发布的研修主题中任选一个开展研修活动。
（二）行为跟进，推动研修活动
围绕“主题要求”按研修方案进行，要注意与网上同伴的交流和校本的交流，以提高研修课例的质量。
开展主题研修活动的流程如下：
1．每个学员围绕培训课程中的“思考与活动”，在论坛中与同伴和辅导教师进行交流讨论。
2．根据学情和自身教学特点备课，完成自己的教学设计（按研修主题确定的一节课，但要有一个简单说明，说明这一节课在单元中的位置）。
3．积极参与论坛中或线下的研讨交流活动。
4．在所教班级内按照教学设计，实施教学活动。
5．每位学员都要把实施教学活动中的点滴感悟、心得、收获及学生的反应记录在“研修工作室”内的“研修**志”中，为形成研修成果积累素材。
6．学员在网上收集相应的资料，作为自己研修活动的支持。这些资料可放置在“研修工作室”的“研修**志”中，特别重要的可放置在“我的收藏”中。
7．形成研修成果——“我的教学故事”，并发布在“研修工作室”的“我的主题研修成果”中。
三、其它注意事项
1．在写作“我的教学故事”中，要充分发掘和提升自己的教学实践经验，要注意文章的叙事性和个性特色，切忌抄袭现象。
2．可将教案、学案等做为“我的研修成果”的附件一同提交

《荷花》这篇课文是小学语文第六册的一篇精读课文。课文的重点是要求学生通过朗读感受荷花的美，并让学生投入到那种神奇的美景中。
课上，气氛一直很活跃。当自由读第二自然段时，学生各个深情并貌，摇头晃脑。
读到“白荷花在这些大圆盘之间冒出来。”这一句时，突然，一个学生猛地站了起来，说：“我冒出来了。”其他学生也读起了这一句，也猛地站起来。我问：“你是怎么冒出来的？”“挺直了身体。”“很用力的。”“很快的。”“我很想看到外面的世界，很急切的。”“不顾一切的。”
我追问：“这么急切地要出来干什么呀？”
“看看外面美丽的世界。”
“我想快点儿开花。”
“因为我很美，我要让大家早点看到。”
……
“多么有生命力的‘荷花’啊！”我不禁赞叹到。
当讲到“你看到了怎么样的荷花？”学生们读着他们找到的句子。读着，读着，一只小手高高举起，嘴里说“我有好方法。”我和学生们都想看看这好方法是怎样的，于是就请她读。只见她站起来，双手合拢，食指、无名指微曲着往外翘开，念到：“有的才展开两三片花瓣儿。”接着，所有的手指都翘开了，非常高兴地念到：“有的花瓣儿全都展开了，露出嫩黄色的小莲蓬。”马上又双手合拢，手指向外凸出，很用力地念到：“有的还是花骨朵，看起来饱胀得马上要破裂似的。”当我看完她的表演，心中激动不已：多么精彩的朗读！这是一朵舞蹈着的‘荷花’。学生们看完了，纷纷模仿。这时，我看到了一池舞动的‘荷花。’
……
通过前面的学习，对于“变荷花”已水到渠成了。我轻轻地读着“看着，看着，……一池的荷花都在舞蹈。”学生中，有的轻轻摇晃着身体，有的轻摇着手臂，还有的站起来转圈。我想，这时的他们真的成了荷花，在微风中舞蹈着的荷花。那么文中省略号的补充也就丰富多彩了。“小鸟飞过来，停在我的肩膀上，唱着清脆的歌。”“小青蛙蹲在菏叶上，呱呱地对我说：“你真美。我要是白色的，那该有多好啊！”“一群小朋友跑过来，高兴地叫着：“多美的荷花啊！”……
