首先,立足生活求写实。事实上,大凡高考优秀作文,或者是那些能获得批卷老师青睐的文字大都有着生活的基础。不论是优秀的情节曲折的记叙文,还是语言优美写景丰富的写景状物散文,还是结构完整论证严密内容充实的议论文,他们共同的特点就是使用生活与现实里的生动活泼的真实材料。凡是那些脱离实际、生编硬套、篇幅不够就拼命用废话来凑数的作文只能是学生的败笔之作。诸如此类的文章,不仅浪费了学生自己的时间,还使得自身写作的情绪低落,根本就没有什么写作兴趣可言。因此,在作文教学中,我们应鼓励学生全景式的扫描生活,用自己的眼,以自己的心去理解、感受生活,挖掘生活中最熟悉的,最能打动心灵的宝藏,写真人真事,抒真情实感。“必须寻到源头,方有清甘的水喝。”
其次,引导阅读求模仿。杜甫说“读书破万卷,下笔如有神”,韩愈又说“学以为耕,文以为获”。“破万卷”是说书读得要多,书读得多,知识才厚实,才能博古通今,才能有话可说,有文可写。写起文章来才能左右逢源,才“如有神”助。韩语之说强调阅读是写作的先导,没有读的“耕耘”,就没有写的“收获”。 古人写作,成为一代风范,如王勃的名句“落霞与孤骛齐飞,秋水共长天一色”就是从庾信的“落花与芝盖齐飞,杨柳共春旗一色”脱化来的。再如左丘明的《左传》善于用对话叙事写人,司马迁的《史记》善用语言、动作表现人物性格,这些手法都为后世的散文家、小说家、戏剧家所模仿。可见,引导学生进行广泛的阅读,并且在阅读中引导其练笔模仿,才能正真提升学生的写作兴趣。比如可以针对阅读的文本引导学生鉴赏,在鉴赏的基础上进行模仿,可以就其中的写景段落,可以就其中的行文结构,哪怕是开头结尾或简单的过渡等都可以模仿。
再次,结合口语求规范。语文的工具性强调对学生听说读写能力的培养,而此四种能力又是相辅相成的,不能够也不可能把他们相互车裂。因此,教师可以结合各种口语训练的机会锻炼他们的写作能力,小到课堂问题的回答,大到演讲或辩论活动的展开等,都可以训练学生的口语表达与规范写作。教师可以针对学生课堂回答问题的不简洁、不规范等的现象,可以引导学生使用书面语的形式规范其语言,甚至可以拓展开来写成小论文的形式等。笔者记得在一次学校级别的辩论赛上,弟子们为了论证“文理分科利弊关系”真是投入了大量的精力,不论哪位辩手的发言稿几乎可以说都是一段段精美的议论片段。其实这也可以说是以说促写的最佳方式。当然最简便的方式还是诸如课前三分钟演讲之类的活动,可以说说写写、写写练练,相得益彰。
再次,化整为零求精细。写作的提高是一个相对漫长的过程,切不可一蹴而就,也不可能是一蹴而就。因此可以引导学生采用化整为零的方式进行片段写作。茅盾说:“应当时时刻刻身边有一支铅笔和一本草簿,把你所见所闻所为所感随时记下来……”倘若我们中学生平时能按照这样去做,平时多记日记,多写片段,让自己的感情淋漓尽致地表达出来,不仅可以得到一种精神享受和乐趣,而且可以大大提高写作水平。最简便的方式就是坚持引导学生写日记或周记,有时候学生作业多了就忘了,其实方法很简单,可以让他们每周推荐自己的佳作,哪怕是简单一句话也可以,只要是发别人所未发,言别人不敢言的东西,能够给人以警醒,令人以反思就可以。
最后,鼓励创作少批评。大家都知道三人成虎的故事,同样,如果学生辛辛苦苦完成的东西在教师的那里得不到承认,或者说是一而再再而三地受到批评或否定,我相信没有哪名同学会对写作感兴趣,因此作为教师,我们大可以努力寻找学生习作中的闪光点,哪怕是一个语段,或者是几个例子,或者是几个句子,甚至是个别词语,只要是恰到好处,就应该给予积极的鼓励。其实,我们高中语文教师还有一个很好的机会,那就是为学生搭建文学创作发表的平台。笔者就在这方面为学生进行过尝试,并且还真的有好多学生的不少作品发表于《语文报》《语文学习报》《中学生学习报》《疯狂阅读》等。其中几位同学的同题作文《根》集中在河南天星教育集团创办的《疯狂阅读》(创刊号)上发表,这就给学生以极大的写作兴趣。
