『柒』 你会用英语写投诉信吗

投诉信的目的是为了让对方了解你所碰到的问题，继而提出你对解决问题的要求与期待。因此在进行投诉信写作的时候，就要特别注意实事求是，要简明扼要、客观，不要夸大其词，小题大做。


投诉信写作的重点在于三点
对投诉问题的提出，一般是服务的问题或者商品质量的问题；
对投诉的主要理由的陈述；
你对解决问题的方案和提议，甚至解决问题不利的可能后果。


文章架构
手段：自我介绍+写作目的+引出投诉的内容
主体段落：详细说明投诉的具体问题、投诉原因，以及你所期待的解决方案，甚至是解决不利的可能后果等内容，要注意写作内容要客观、详实
尾端：总结内容，期待尽快解决问题并期待尽快的答复。
