这是英语播音员常使用的方法。首先要保证的是，你的发音是要正确的。然后先做热身，尽最大可能噘嘴，发“屋”的音，然后尽最大可能咧嘴，发“一”的音，然后再噘嘴发“屋”的音，再转成咧嘴的“一”音。然后快速的转换，知道两腮酸痛为止。然后双手轻拍双颊，做一下简单的放松。接着找一份阅读材料来阅读。但是要注意，读的时候要咬住牙齿不要分开，然后尽量正确的发音，把这篇短文度2遍。你会觉得这么做很难受，本来发音就不准，现在更没谱了。没关系，当你觉得两腮酸痛的时候，张开嘴，以正常的方式再朗读刚才的短文，你就会发现，你的发音已经有质的突破了，元音自然就饱满了，嘴自然就张开了，自己会明显的感觉到发音到位了。

讲英文必须注意重音。我们课堂英语教学的语速往往过慢，失真，轻重音混乱。所以学生经常在口语的时候重音错乱。那么什么时候应该重音呢？

在学习口语的时候，如果想学英音，你就模仿BBC，如果想学美音，就模仿VOA。英音和美音的差别在于，美音基本上是完全按照单词的拼写来发音的。例如：

英音中r发音不卷舌，美音r在词中词末的时候发音卷舌。
英音中god，dollar发(c)的音，而美音发(a)的音。
英音中neither，either中的e不发音，而美音中发音。

但是无论英音美音，英语的发音都是一种收气的感觉，例如：

(au) about，sit down，around
(ai) bike，bye
(eu) road
(ci) boy

而且S,T,K,P这些辅音字母都是送气音，而我们的汉语则是送气的感觉，例如：看电影去，烛光晚餐，我爱你。

在口语中还应该注意的一个问题是弱读，连读，缩读。例如：

When you get out of here?(when ya get oudda here?)
What do you wang to do(wodya wanna do?)

在口语中遇到弱读，连读，缩读的时候就特别需要注意：

在口语中欧美人说 go (to) get常去掉to ，因为这样说的时候比较顺利，但是语法却是错误的。没有关系，这不会影响你的口语交流，流畅即可。不要过分注意语法的问题。口语不是写作考试。我们中文口语也常把“别这样”说成“别介”，当你的口语流利以后，你口语中的语法错误自然就会慢慢的减少。

2。句型结构多样化。
3。学习经典的教材。
在循序渐进的学习过程中，你需要注意文化的差异和词组用法的多样性。千万不要不求甚解，一定要搞清楚小词的不同种用法，像do，take，make等等的不同搭配会产生同的含义。
