首先专 西餐英语的基础是词汇量属
您所在饭店 所以每种原材料 调料 包括炊具 菜品的英语名称 应该很容易拿到
其次 在网上搜索有关西式烹饪的专业词 我推荐一本 旅游教育出版社的 教材
<<旅游饭店英语系列教材：烹饪英语>> 里面都是最常用的句型 和一些专业词汇
认识了这些词汇 试着翻译一些简单的菜谱 料单
看一些影视资料 比如 奥利佛厨房 地狱厨房等等 在外国比较流行的厨房节目 试着不看字幕 用听力找出每句话的重点（一般是烹饪方式 原料） 然后习惯他们的俚语和表达方式
这时候 有关厨房和烹饪的英语 就差不多了
当然 仅仅靠这些还是不够的 饭店日常流程的英文 与客人交流
包括与外方交流 都需要很口语 的英文 建议自学一些教材
当然 做好厨房工作是第一步
