2.消除学生学习英语的心理障碍。首先,老师应该引导学生走出心理阴霾,给予学生必要的肯定和鼓励,鼓励学生大胆说口语,不必担心发音不准的问题,不必担心出现错误,出现错误要勇于改正,能开口就向成功迈进了一大步。可先从较简单的对话开始慢慢说英语。对于那些认为英语一无是处的孩子,要开拓他们的视野,让他们认识到英语的重要性,并不只是为了出国或者升学,而是非学不可。
3.改善发音不准以及起步晚等问题。面对众多孩子共同的难处,首先应该多下载一些网络教学视频或者音频等基础的教学基础题材,多加练习;其次,要抓住重点进行学习,着重从听、说、读、写等各种方面,依照层次,循序渐进,来弥补英语中的不足。此外,面对师资力量参差不齐的问题,一方面,学校应该广招人才,用有用之才,来弥补师资力量的不足之处;另一方面,可通过培训、进修等方式提高教师的专业知识素养,提高教学质量。
