本人参加过多次校内演讲,朗诵,主持比赛,市级语文朗诵,英语口语大赛,均都给评委留下好的印象.
以下是本人一些拙见,但不一定适合你自己.
你是女生吧?我不清楚阁下所在的是什么类型的学校,不过大多数学校的领导都希望学生应该要有学生的需要的风貌.唱歌,跳舞之类的,并不可以最大限度取的领导们的喜爱,因为你自己试想下,没什么学校领导喜欢在澎湃的音乐中,看着他们本质上不太接受,也不太懂得的舞蹈中选你出来吧?其实比如,如果你选潮流杂志封面人物,你会选择一个会唱京剧的老生吗?(本人并不是说京剧不好,只是一个比喻,勿见怪)
所以我给你点意见,做会一个传统点的女性形象,选择朗诵吧.!~
虽然你可能会说,朗诵可能也会有很多人选择,加上可能你自己对于朗诵也不太熟悉.但是!!你要记住,朗诵很多人都会,但要朗诵有感情,有内涵就不是人人都可以.不过我介绍给你一个方法,你试试吧,不行就做回老本行,尽力一搏吧,哈哈
其实,朗读不难,重要的是感情,语气.初学的时候也很简单.你应该听说过一篇文章,很有名的叫"祖国啊,我亲爱的祖国"作者就忘了,呵呵~上来网络找寻一下关于这篇文章的朗诵录音,不需要参杂其他你认为难的技巧,直接跟着上面读,模仿她语气,我不知你本人感情如何,不过不怕,你就直接跟着,读这篇文章时最好带点哭腔,凌厉些,悲壮先,我相信你做到这一点,你肯定能起码2等奖.
当然,是否成功完全取决于你个人下多少工夫,你领悟到多少.

英语口语学习方法

1. 多听原声磁带,同时手不离笔,适时标注停顿,事后研究每一处停顿的理由---基本上是按照意群停顿的.有节奏地读,甚至读出以英语为母语的人能读出的味道也不是不能实现的.不妨经常大声朗读,同时录下自己的朗读,之后,先自己听,再请别人听,共同探讨你朗读的亮点与瑕疵,再与原声相比较,必然有很大的进步，在任何可以讲英语的场合一定要大胆开口.

2. 语言的交流与掌握大量的词汇、句型、语法是两回事。就语言本身的知识来说，我们已经过关了。我们缺少的就是在交流中来运用英语，只有在交流中我们才能与对方进行思维密码的相互破译。同样的话在不同的语言交流环境中所表达的意思是不一样的。

3. 用英文简单界定一个东西的技巧。美国人和美国人交谈80%是想告诉对方这个事物是什么。我们的课本尽管词汇难度不断加深，但思维逻辑结构却只停留在一个水平上。中国人常说Where is the book（这本书在哪儿）？很少有人说What is a book（书是什么）？而美国的小学生就开始问：What is the book？这种Where is the book只是思维的描述阶段。

4. 学会美国人怎样描述东西。由于中美的文化不同会产生很大的差异。美国人对空间的描述总是由内及外，由里及表。而中国人正好相反。从时间上来说，中国人是按自然的时间顺序来描述。我们描述一个东西突然停住时，往往最后说的那个地方是最重要的。

5. 学会两种语言的传译能力。这是衡量口语水平的一个最重要标准。因为英语不是我们的母语，我们天生就有自己的母语。很多人都认为学好外语必须丢掉自己的母语，这是不对的。

6. 要有猜测能力。在交流中，有一个词你没有听懂，你不可能马上去查字典，这时候就需要猜测来架起一座桥梁来弥补这个缺口，否则交流就会中断。

7. 中国人学习口语讲究背诵，背句型、背语调，结果就是很多人讲口语的时候讲着讲着眼就开始向上翻，实际上是在记忆中寻找曾经背过的东西。如果他要是能猜测的话，我想也就不会出现这种现象。
