多听多说
看电视比较方便cctv-9，英语频道，非常地道的英语啊（我就爱看）版
看电影，适当的背权一些里面的东西，要看生活片，不要看大片，大片里的口语一般都比较简单，大片主要看场面，生活片里的东西很实用，背背就有感觉了
如果能有机会跟外国人说话当然更好，但这样的机会毕竟不多
前面两招应该是比较管用的了，只要你有恒心，没问题的~~

应试教育有什么意思，就算你中学里英语考再高分的
要表达一些很简单的东西，要不是就专不会说，要不就属中国式。

至于听力，我觉得像初中听力这种，基本上没什么连读的，语速也不快
听力就看你词汇，词汇够自然就听得懂
