10. 小学英语教师招聘试讲一般试讲什么内容

“试讲”是一种课堂行为。试讲也叫模拟课堂教学,顾名思义,也就是对回常规课堂教学的模拟,要答求考生在特定的情境和有限的时间里,充分展示自己的课堂教学技能。试讲时间以10分钟居多,一般的学科能呈现正式课堂的20-30分钟教学内容,音体美等课程如果设计合理几乎可以呈现一整堂课的内容。当然以上是无生教学时的情况,有的地区采取的则是有生教学。在教师公开招聘面试中,有的用人单位会安排考生直接在考场试讲,由评委听课后进行评价;而有的用人单位则安排考生在学校课堂里进行试讲,不但有评委,有专业教师进行评价,还有学生听课,这种形式对考生提出了更高的要求,它要求考生不但要能讲好,还要会调动课堂气氛,组织课堂教学。但不管是哪种形式,试讲都能非常全面地考查考生的教学基本功,考查考生对课堂教学方案的实施能力。
说课和试讲的区别是很多人的疑问,简单来说,“说课”就是教学的设计及其分析,“试讲”是教学的设计及其分析的实施。
这里还想强调的一点是,教招面试的试讲,区别于近年由于网络普及出现的“微课”,也叫微格教学。微课是围绕一个知识点在讲解,其实质是在原来的课堂教学中抽取的围绕一个知识点的一段时间,而试讲是对常规课堂的模拟。
