『壹』 接电话时常用的英语会话

接听：Hello/Good morning/...
自报姓名：(This is) ... speaking.
问对方姓名：Who's that speaking?
好久不见的老朋友：Hey, it's you!/Fancy hearing from you!
寒暄：How are you?
回答对方问候：Fine. Thank you./Pretty well. Thanks a lot./Not bad./Couldn't be better.
其它客套话：How is your business?/How are things going on with you?/How is your family?

转接找别人的电话：Hold on, please./Just a moment. I will switch the line to him./Let me put through to him.
别人不在：He is not at his desk right now. Could you leave a message?/Could you call him later?/Could you please call his mobile?

感谢来电：Thanks for calling./Nice to have your call./Pleased to talk with you.
告别：Talk to you later./Take care./Bye bye./See you.

『贰』 英语打电话用语

1、打电话的人找的是你自己

打电话来的人

你 (接电话的人)

Is Daisy there? (Daisy 在吗?) Speaking. 我就是。

This is she. 我就是。 (注: 男的用 "This is he.")

You're speaking/talking to her. 你正在跟她说话。 (注: 男的用 "You're speaking/talking to him.")

2、打电话的人要找的人不在

打电话来的人

『肆』 用英语打电话用语有哪些

1、接来电话。

用法：接通电自话，礼貌的说声：你好，哪位？

例句：

2、你是哪位？

用法：接到陌生人电话时，不知道对方是谁，用于询问：

一、接打电话问候
1. 打电话人接通电话后可说：Hello ！ 接着说：This is sb.speaking./Could（May）I speak to sb.?/Is sb.in? 接电话人可说：Hello！Good morning/afternoon/ evening.紧接着 将自己的电话号码或姓名告诉对方。如：
（This is ） 3531968./This is Jim speaking. 

2. 问对方是谁， 应说：Who's that speaking（calling）?/May I have y our name? /Is that sb. （speaking）？ 

3.代人接电话，最好说：What name shall I give?/Who shall Isay is calling? 若要离开去叫人， 须跟对方说：Hold the line,please.I'll get him/her to phone.（别挂断，我就去找他（她）听电话。 ）或Hold on for a moment.（请等一会儿。）反之， 若电话要找的人在身边，代接电话的人可说：It's for you.或For you. （你的电话。） 

4. 如果打电话要找的人不在， 代接电话的人可说：Sorry,he/she isn't in.或I'm afraid he/she is o ut.（他／她不在。）如果问对方是否要留话，说：May I take a message for you? /Can Itake a messag e?/Would you like to leave a
message? 
    打电话者若要拜托接电话人转告要找的人某事时， 可问：Couldyou take a message for me?/Please tell him （her）that（sth.）……./Tell him（her）I called./Will you please tell him （her）to call me back later? 

 5.若对方打错电话，接电话者可说：Sorry,you've dialed the wrong number. 打电话人发现拔错号码， 应说：Sorry,I've dialed the wrong number. 

 6.若电话的线路忙或有问题，可说：The line is busy. （占线。）The line is dead.（断线。）

情况 (一) 打电话的人找的是你自己
