我以前来参加比赛也是。自之前参加21世纪杯复赛说了一会一紧张就全忘了。多练，给予自己信心。这需要一定的比赛经验的积累，要慢慢来，不要急于求成。
口语练习在于敢说会说，多听听voa，或者看些人家演讲的视频，然后学着说。也可以找个固定的partner和你经常用英语练习对话。

6. 十二届创新英语大赛复赛流程
口语人机录音，没有考官。十一届是10秒准备，60秒自我介版绍。然后再30秒准备，90秒话题权陈述。话题陈述题目随机，会包括5-6个问题，要快审题，因为倒计时90秒的时候就看不见问题了，凭记忆。
自我介绍可以准备，话题很杂很生活化，不用准备也可。
笔试听力题和作文卷一起发，先放听力，放完后涂听力答题卡，答题卡涂完就收。然后一个小时的作文。
