我也要参加“来希望之星”的自英语口语比赛，是小学b组的，培训的老师说遇到不懂的词过掉，只要讲出来了依然能得分，只是分值稍微低一些，紧张的情绪嘛我没办法帮你，如果可以的话你可以找几个人假设他们是评委来对他们背诵你的演讲稿，毕竟胆弗册煌夭号差铜倡扩紧张的心理也要慢慢克服，具体步骤嘛就是：1.初赛自备题演讲两分钟：演讲、故事（话题不限）；2.对话交流两分钟，大概有三个问题。复赛：1.用词便短文两分钟，应该有三个单词，具体应为：动词、形容词、名词。2.才艺展示两分钟：歌曲、朗诵、小品、戏剧等(英语语言类，不带伴奏）；3.决赛1。即兴演讲；2.话题讨论、辩论。就这些，呵呵，加油喽！

⑻ 希望之星”英语口语大赛，可是不知道要怎样准备才好
首先，我先声明希望之星是一个非官方的英语比赛，我也参加过几次专，并且有的时候希望之星属也有暗箱操作
那么我开始吧:
1.英语演讲，相对来说肯定比普通话演讲比赛难(国语演讲都会紧张，更何必英语演讲了)，那么首先你的话准备张小手卡，上面写些关键词，就是主要观点也可以说是你的演讲大纲(按道理来说，还是背稿好一点，因为总共就两分钟，根本没时间看)然后一定要深呼吸，保持气息，一旦乱了气息就会让自己更紧张
2.比赛前一个晚上就使劲读句子，读长句子，然后再熟悉熟悉自己的稿子，保证你的发音和语法不会出现太多大问题
3.早点睡！早点睡！早点睡！重要的事情说三遍，早点睡可以保持一个健康的状态，而且心情也会变好，然后见到考官都是笑脸相应，会给考官一个很好的第一印象
4.保持一个大大的微笑，考官会喜欢自信的考生，你不微笑或者冷淡脸只会让考官感到你是一个很自卑的人然后在印象分上就不会给的太高
