各省市的考试来要求基本是一样的。我自们常说的CET四级一般都是指考笔试,通过及格分数线（425分）就有合格证书。 一般人都过了笔试就好，参加口语考试，再来个水平资格证。 两个成绩不会有影响。 笔试考试时间一年两次，12月和6月，大学期间都可以考的。
