要想复学好英语口语，就必须首制先做到四个最基本的要求：“听，说，读”。
听，是听的细；说，是说的懂；读，是读的准；写，是写的对。
听，要做到听的细。一周必须要用两到三天的时间来花费一两个小时听磁带，一边拿着书，一边还得跟着磁带大声读出来，这样可以能够更快的，而且不易忘记的顺利记住。
说，要做到说的懂。把英语文章或单词的汉译重新说一遍，要保持翻译的时候不能卡壳，要翻译的顺畅，像语文那样也要做到翻译的用词准确,我现在是通过在线来学的.
读，要做到读的准。（如果发音不准的先学音标）听一些英语材料，跟着读，一开始可以调慢速，一句一句跟着读。

三、英语口语考试方案
（一）口试内容及评价方式
1．内容
以新英语课程标准为指导，以现行教材的内容编排为命题的主要参照依据，选题尽量做到紧扣教材各单元的主题及学生的生活实际。具体题型及分值如下：
试题分为三个部分：（1）话题情景问答（4分），（2）看图说话（4分），（3）简单口译表达（2分）。
每场口试的时间约为15分钟，口试内容的详细说明及复习教学建议由市教科院通过教研活动组织各校英语教师进行学习和研讨。
2．评价方式
英语口语考试采用计算机辅助考试的方式进行，即“人机对话，网上评改”。各考点完成考试后将考生的答案文件刻录成光盘，密封后通过区派巡视员交各考区，各考区应于4月12日12：00前送至市招办。4月17、18日市招办组织抽调评卷教师在市招办进行网上评改，评卷教师的抽调组织办法详见附件。
