英语课堂教学中教师的演示技能
摘要：在英语课堂上，教师借助于演示可以给学生创设形象、生动、直观性强的教学情景，从而帮助学生准确、快速地获取新的语言材料和知识。教师的演示技能，直接影响教育和教学的效果。本人主要阐述我在课堂教学中，通过实际表演和示范操作等方面的做法。

所谓演示技能是教师进行实际表演和示范操作，运用实物、挂图、黑板画以及录音机、录像机、幻灯片、影片等电教媒体创设情景与环境，为学生提供感性材料，使其获得知识的教学行为。演示在教学过程中能起到“百闻不如一见”的作用。在英语课堂上也是如此，教师借助于演示可以给学生创设形象、生动、直观性强的教学情景，从而达到帮助学生准确、快速地获得新的语言材料和知识的效果。下面就我在教学过程中的切身体验，谈谈具体的做法 ：
一、示范法
示范法是指教师在课堂上进行范读、领诵和示范发音，或放录音，使学生有模仿的对象。也就是说，在朗读过程中，教师能在如何准确读音断句，做到语句流畅，语气连贯，语速适度；怎样运用语调、语音的变化，传达出作品思想感情的变化等方面作出示范。
在朗读词组、句子时，要在连读、失去爆破、不完全爆破、同化以及重读、弱读等语音技巧方面作出示范。以please sit down 为例，通过语调、重读的变化可以表达不同的感情。

英语口语学习方法

1. 多听原声磁带,同时手不离笔,适时标注停顿,事后研究每一处停顿的理由---基本上是按照意群停顿的.有节奏地读,甚至读出以英语为母语的人能读出的味道也不是不能实现的.不妨经常大声朗读,同时录下自己的朗读,之后,先自己听,再请别人听,共同探讨你朗读的亮点与瑕疵,再与原声相比较,必然有很大的进步，在任何可以讲英语的场合一定要大胆开口.

2. 语言的交流与掌握大量的词汇、句型、语法是两回事。就语言本身的知识来说，我们已经过关了。我们缺少的就是在交流中来运用英语，只有在交流中我们才能与对方进行思维密码的相互破译。同样的话在不同的语言交流环境中所表达的意思是不一样的。

3. 用英文简单界定一个东西的技巧。美国人和美国人交谈80%是想告诉对方这个事物是什么。我们的课本尽管词汇难度不断加深，但思维逻辑结构却只停留在一个水平上。中国人常说Where is the book（这本书在哪儿）？很少有人说What is a book（书是什么）？而美国的小学生就开始问：What is the book？这种Where is the book只是思维的描述阶段。

4. 学会美国人怎样描述东西。由于中美的文化不同会产生很大的差异。美国人对空间的描述总是由内及外，由里及表。而中国人正好相反。从时间上来说，中国人是按自然的时间顺序来描述。我们描述一个东西突然停住时，往往最后说的那个地方是最重要的。

5. 学会两种语言的传译能力。这是衡量口语水平的一个最重要标准。因为英语不是我们的母语，我们天生就有自己的母语。很多人都认为学好外语必须丢掉自己的母语，这是不对的。

6. 要有猜测能力。在交流中，有一个词你没有听懂，你不可能马上去查字典，这时候就需要猜测来架起一座桥梁来弥补这个缺口，否则交流就会中断。

7. 中国人学习口语讲究背诵，背句型、背语调，结果就是很多人讲口语的时候讲着讲着眼就开始向上翻，实际上是在记忆中寻找曾经背过的东西。如果他要是能猜测的话，我想也就不会出现这种现象。
