第一，英语当中词汇量是基础，每天坚持背单词绝对没有错。
第二，有了词汇量，每天坚持做练习，具体可以分为听，说，读，写。四大类。
听：你可以每天坚持听VOA或者BBC等英语听力材料，每天一小时足够。
说：有条件的话，最好能找老外练习，如果没有这个条件，每天坚持看美剧，尤其是美国青春剧，学习当中人物的说话以及词汇用法。
读：可以每天坚持读英语课本上的课文，如果是已经工作的，可以订阅报纸，每天坚持阅读。

口语，是一种语言输出的能力。
要提高输出能力，首先你要提高的是语言的输入。
提高语言输入的方法有两种：
第一，大量的听。要听的内容，是和你的语言水平比较接近的。注意：一定是和你水平差不多的，但又稍微高一点的。太高了听不懂，打击积极性；太低了，没有挑战性，没有兴趣。
