想复提高英语口语水平，首制先要在语音上下功夫，方法是无法取代刻苦的学习。要大量的阅读和听力做基础，在读和听的过程中，积累词汇，掌握句型，并熟悉英语表达思想的方式，着重培养语感。
1.大声朗读对话和文章，还有各种句型和口语中常用的句子，并背诵文章及演讲。多与别人练习对话，最好是以英语为母语的人练习。也可以自言自语亦是练习口语。

I. 出国常用英语口语如何练习
建议多看美剧或者电影。第一遍看着字幕，第二遍把字幕挡掉。
也可以多听一些英语的Audio book，在Listening Library有下载。
听明白了之后，有了语感，再慢慢练习。
先能表达大致意思，把重点日常词汇的发音掌握，因为有的时候发音区别不是很大但是意思差异极大。之后再来完善自己的口语。
口音方面：可以把自己说的录下来，放给自己听，进行自我的纠正。或者可以找外国人听，告诉他们说得不好的地方提出来。
流利度提高：就是多说多练。可以自己和自己对话，想象情景。当然最好的还是找几个一起练习英语的伙伴，一起一直说，进步才会快。
