从小学到大学，我们学了十几年英语，很多人也过了大学六级，但是就是很难与外籍人士交流，总是开不了口，“哑巴英语”困扰了许多人。
其实，语言是需要练的。"Practice makes perfect"，熟能生巧。没有坚持的练习，一般人是无法说一口流利的英语。下面我们就从两个方面谈谈如何“练”英语，让我们能大胆开口说英语。
1. 清晨朗读——创造环境
语言环境很重要，如果能处在英语为母语的国家中，那么只需融入周围的日常生活即可。但是，当我们大部分人还是生活在非英语国家时，我们就需要自己创造环境。创造环境的方法之一就是早读。早读能让我们调动身体的英语学习细胞，保持学习的劲头。
清晨、上班或工作前，花20-30分钟，选出一篇与自己专业相关或者喜欢的文章，跟着录音朗读，为大脑上发条，为你开启一天的英语学习之旅。熟读一篇文章，同时也能积累大量词汇、句型等等，让你不知不觉中“背”下了这些表达，在今后的交流中，就能脱口而出。
2. 跟读模仿——提高发音
有时候发音不正确，即使开口说英语，外国人也听不懂，这也是导致交流障碍的重要原因之一。提高发音的一个方法就是：跟着录音读。先是一句一句地读，再一段一段地读，直到发音能和录音一样，并且能与录音同步朗读后，再接下去。
