2、抓阅读,俗话说“得阅读者得天下”,所以你要尽量让自己每天做一两篇阅读,以此来保持自己的手感和思维。
3、其次重要的是听力,要每天的早上听一些习题,当然要坚持不懈,以至于可以让自己没有陌生感
4、至于写作方面的话要记得背模板作文,记住一些框架以及常用的连词啊,句型之类的
记单词的话选择在早上或者睡觉前记忆,可能会比较有效果。
