这个问题本身问得很模糊。
首先什麽是大部份？有统计内数据支持吗？抑或容是只是根据你的个人经验，你见过的留学生的口语水平的的出来的结论？如果是这种的话，你见过的留学生作为全体留学生的代表具有统计学意义、具有代表性（能代表全体留学生）吗？
其次什麽是好？是说在所有方面都像native（这种情况很罕见），抑或是发音好、日常交流不会让作为native的对方感到异样、经过准备的正式口语也做得很棒，还是只需要普通的「说得流利」（可能发音不正、语法可能有点错误、表达也不算很地道，但是流畅）就能算好？
不过不「好」的根本原因应该是不努力和努力却不得其法吧。

首先一些用于赞扬对方的话语
awesome，sweet，amazing外国人很常用，对方像你介绍事物的时候，你可以通过这样回答有礼貌地表示赞同与欣赏
gorgeous形容事物好到极致了
sth sb sucks也是外国人很常用的短语，表示某人/某事糟糕透了，形容遇到不好，不顺的事情时的抱怨
相反sth. sb. rocks是sucks的反义词，表示某人/某事棒极了/好极了
别人提供帮助并问你需要不需要他帮你的时候可以客气的说：I would appreciate it if you could do that/help me.
