英语文化节活动方案
一．指导思想：为了丰富学生的校园文化生活，激发学生学习英语的兴趣,促进学生和谐发展， 营造一个充满快乐的英语学习氛围，值此元旦节来临之际，在全校学生中开展一系列“快乐英语”主 题活动，希望能以这次活动为契机,在全校掀起爱英语、学英语、用英语的高潮。
二．活动宗旨：充分挖掘每个学生的潜质，力争使每个孩子人人参与，人人快乐，人人有收 获。让校园英语文化节成为每个孩子的节日，让每个孩子从轻松愉快的活动中感受英语、应用英语、 体验学习英语的快乐；让每个孩子在活动中找到自信，让英语走近每个孩子，使他们想说，敢说、能 说、乐说。
三、活动内容和过程
（一）创设英语文化节学习氛围
1. 红领巾监督岗的同学用英语问候老师，学生间日常交流能说英语尽量说英语，提倡用双语交 流,充分拓展“英语校园”的空间，形成浓厚的校园英语氛围。（负责人：）
2. 英语节期间， 校园广播在学生放学时间段将播放适宜小学生优美动听的英文歌曲和 chant 篇目， 教师要倡导学生去听去模仿，形成一种大唱英语歌曲的氛围。（负责人：）
3. 英语任课教师要熟悉基本的英语课堂教学用语，尽量使用英语组织教学，由浅入深，如课堂 礼仪、师生问好，课堂评价等。所有教师要尽可能多的学习 一些相关的英语口语，尽可能多进行师 生、生生之间英语交流问候。（负责人：各英语教师）
4 英语任课教师根据各年级的学生学习程度和年龄特点， 给学生推荐一些合适的经典英语影视作 品（原生英语）和绘本作品，供学生在学习之余去观看，让学生在感受经典作品的魅力之外，也为学 生接触、学习纯正的英语提供资源。（负责人：各英语教师）
（二）Running Words 英语单词听写大赛 三至六年级英语老师负责整理出适合本年级的 100 个单词给学生进行背记，并且于 12 月 27 日 早读课进行听写大赛，听写单词数量为 30 个，使用统一的听写比赛用纸，各个年级按照一等奖 5%， 二等奖 10%，三等奖 15%的学生比例评出获奖名单，学校进行统一的颁奖表彰。
（三）Funny Animals 快乐英语手抄报设计比赛
以“可爱的动物”(Funny animals)为主题，选取相关的小故事、对话、常识或者文化活动等 内容，由学生自行设计，以英文为主，可以配以适量的中文解释，要求选材健康，设计美观大方，报 面整洁，书写工整。
2. 参加年级：四、五、六年级
3. 格式要求：手抄报统一为 A4 纸大小。
4.上交时间及数量：12 月 28 日前每班上交 3 份手抄报，由各班班主任负责。
5. 奖励设计：一等奖 6 名，二等奖 9 名，三等奖 15 名。
『贰』 求一分英语趣味活动的策划书
英语学习兴趣小组策划书
一、活动名称：English Learing Club
二、活动目的：为了营造良好的英语学习氛围，提高同学的学习积极性和英语四级考试的通过率，我们组建英语学习兴趣小组，让大家在一起交流，共同进步。
三、活动形式：同学志愿报名，选定组长一名。为了方便及时搜集信息， 在小组成员中再选一名男生负责人和一名女生负责人（由小组成员推选）。每周六、日8：00开始，大家在一起学习、讨论。
四、活动时间：2007年10月01日——2007年12月21日
五、活动地点：主楼410
六、活动内容：主要包括听力、单词、背诵经典语句、阅读理解、作文、口语练习。
（一）听力：听成都科技大学听力材料的三级、四级材料，每周六、日8：00听两单元。
（二）单词：每周六听完听力后听写单词，单词是大学英语课本中四级英语单词，每次在两单元中抽30个单词，由小组成员中口语比较好的同学轮流口述听写。听写完成后大家相互批改，并由组长统计成绩，错一个单词罚抄十遍。
（三）经典语句：大学英语听力书上每单元Language focus中语句，每周由小组成员提供谚语。背诵经典语句既可以提高写作能力又可以培养语感。
（四）阅读理解：由于阅读理解需要的时间较长，大家利用课余时间做，遇到不懂的地方大家到时再一起讨论。
（五）作文：四级中写作占很大比例，为了提高写作能力，我们每周写一篇作文，邀请英语老师帮我们批改。
（六口语：小组成员用英语给大家讲笑话或小故事等，通过此活动活跃了气氛，提高同学的胆量和英语口语能力。
七、规章制度：俗话说“无规矩不成方圆”，既然我们成立了英语学习兴趣小组，我们就应该持之以恒。讨论会上，我们有会议记录，有事缺席者必须向组长或负责人请假。

“书是人类进步的阶梯”。读书不仅能够使人开阔视野，提升人的文化底蕴，而且能够陶冶情操，使人明理，为人生导航。近年来，我市把“书香校园”创建活动与校园文化建设、教师专业发展、学生读书活动等有机结合起来，取得良好成效。 开展“书香校园”创建活动，不是一个单纯的读书活动，而是将其作为全面深化课程改革和推进素质教育，培养师生的阅读习惯与能力，构建校园理想文化生态的重要举措。
（一）加大宣传，重塑阅读理念。我市教育系统在教师中积极倡导“书香为伴”的思想，通过读书促进教师提高业务素质，享受阅读、享受教育、享受人生。在学生中努力倡导“我与好书同行”的思想，帮助学生养成良好的读书习惯，夯实文化底蕴，为人生打好底色。通过多种形式和渠道，大力宣传“读书是一种有益的生活方式”、“读书是一种美丽的休闲”、“让师生共沐书香”、“我读书、我快乐、我成长”等阅读理念，推动“书香校园”建设。

（三）充实图书，丰富阅读资源。市教育局要求各地每年拨出一定的经费用于学校图书的购置，满足师生的阅读需要，同时加强对学校图书室、阅览室的管理，使图书报刊分类规范合理，摆放整齐美观，管理有序，方便满足师生借阅。各学校还注重流动书柜建设，让学生能够共同分享书籍的美妙和读书的乐趣。
（四）纳入课程，确保阅读时间。我市多数学校坚持每天开展不少于15分钟的“晨读活动”、开设“大阅读课”，以此保障学生有必要的读书时间；每周安排一节课作为阅读指导课或读书交流会，由语文教师进行阅读指导、答疑解惑；定期向学生推荐介绍好书，引导学生开展课外扩展性阅读活动。
（五）师生共读，开展主题读书活动。教师是校园阅读的第一推动者，是阅读的示范者。市教育局倡导全市教师养成“每天读一点、每天摘一点、每天背一点、每天写一点、每天讲一点”的读书方式，带动指导学生阅读，形成师生共读氛围，让孩子们多一点书生气，让教师多一份书卷气，让校园多一些书香气。通过开展“一日三读”（晨读古诗词、午读经典名著、晚间亲子共读）等形式多样的读书活动，为师生创设了交流和展示读书成果的渠道。教师通过阅读提升自己、超越自己；学生通过阅读体验“我读书、我快乐、我成长”的乐趣。
（六）评比激励，共同感受成功体验。为激励各地各校更好地开展“书香校园”创建活动，我市教育局每年都组织“书香校园”的评比、命名和授牌活动。各县（市、区）也纷纷开展“书香校园”、“书香班级”、“书香少年”、“书香教师”以及“书香家庭”的评选活动。2008年以来，全市共有61所学校被评为市级“书香校园”，17所学校被评为省级“书香校园”。2010年我市开展“忠诚如山·感恩奉献”读书活动，树立了10名“忠诚楷模”学生读书先进典型。
深入推进创建“书香校园”活动、加快建设学习型社会，是一项基础性、长期性的工作。我们虽然努力做了一些工作，取得了一定成效，但与上级要求以及形势发展的需要，还存在不少差距。我们将以这次会议为契机，认真学习借鉴兄弟市先进经验，求真务实，开拓创新，推动创建“书香校园”工作再上新台阶。
