还剩 A 和C 。文中第一句就提到她工作不开心，然后马上就出现了不开心的原因，就是没有晋升，薪水也没有提高，选项中没有薪水，所以就选A。C是个混淆项，因为后文的剧情感觉像是C让她不开心，但是根据英文写作和阅读题出题逻辑来说，选A最对。
