二．其次，要帮助和指导学生制定适宜的学习目标，围绕这样的目标，脚踏实地的分阶段去完成。目标的制定不能过高也不能过低，让学生在完成每一阶段的学习任务后，应有新的学习目标，以使学生保持适度的焦虑感，付出相应的实践行为，以达到最高的学习目标。教学研究表明：适宜的焦虑感能促进学习，过度的焦虑则适得其反。（王道俊、王汉澜，1999）这在平常的教学中我深有体会，一部分成绩好的学生在课堂上如果对老师讲的内容掌握之后，他们会表现得心不在焉，参与课堂交流较少，认为自己什么都会了，再加上他们利用假期请人辅导，所以对他们来讲我们教师仅停留在对课文内容疏通上是不够的，我们要挖掘教材的广度和深度，在备课上下点功夫，一节课上要满足不同层次的学生的求知欲，反之，对于基础不好的学生我们应该对他们重在基础上加强，在讲授句型、单词拼写、短语练习这块，他们发言的机会较多，基础好的学生参与课文复述机会较多，较优的学生一般在课文拓展上的机会尽量留给他们，这样一节课下来，力争让每一个同学都参与交流，让他们体会到掌握所学知识后的成就感，对英语学习有一种热情，最大程度上调动他们学习英语自信心。我们的教学实践就是要面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们树立信心，使他们在学习过程中发展综合运用语言的能力，培养创新精神，采用激励式等教学模式，引导学生独立思考，大胆质疑，勤于动手动脑，乐于学习，倾力创造，使学生成为全面发展的人才。
