《新概念英语第四册》，总共48篇课文，花半年时间读通透，最好能够背诵，注意与回录答音带结合，用语音刺激记忆，再多看英文影视，学一下有意思的常用语及其语调，没事就说说，不求快，但求稳，应该就差不多了
另外《疯狂英语》杂志可以读读，挑感兴趣的读，不然没效果的
