从我的经验来看
第一类是表示关系的，比如therefore, and, moreover, furthermore, however, hence, thus等等等等。
没段落的第一句话内很重要，就是topic sentence，这句话告诉你容这一段在讲什么
一篇文章的第一段和最后一段很重要，都是整个文章主要观点。。你在做阅读的时候，这两段落要很认真的读下
还有就是什么firstly, secondly, thirdly啦，表示几个罗列的观点，应该都是并列的关系。。
对了，题目很重要，是一篇文章的眼睛。。
别的就是看你对文章的内容数不熟悉了，如果是你已经涉及到的知识范围的话，就很简单了。。。象我，关于体育类的文章我读起来就很容易，但涉及到艺术类的，我就不行了。。
高中的阅读应该不难，文章不长，题目也很简单，平时多读点，没问题的。

如果能选对，那你不就是看不懂文章吗，想想自己为什么看不懂？单词不认识？还是一句话每个单词都认识，连起来就不认识了？单词不认识就只能背了。后面一种建议多看英语文章。然后逐句翻译来训练，感觉绝大部分句子单词翻译过来就应该看懂了
如果选不对，那你不就是理解能力有问题吗，思维和正常人不一样的话（有那么几道题确实就和正常人想不一样，但最多2，3道）。那你得练练理解能力了。。高中英语还是基本就是说啥就问啥的。

我觉得这种题是最容易做的。这种都可叫主旨题。题目一般是What's the main idea of the passage? What's the passage mainly tell us? What's the best title of the passage?etc.这种题一般都可以在第一段与最内后一段找到答案容。很多时候是第一段第一句或最后一句。记叙文则多在最后一段。你可以练习有一定量之后总结看看文章的结构，哪种文体的文章的结构是怎样的。把握好这个就能做得比较准，比较快。
