The noise that affects（影响） sea creatures comes from a number of human activities. It is caused mainly by instrial underwater explosions（爆炸）, ocean drilling, and ship engines. Such noises are added to natural sounds include the breaking of ice fields, underwater earthquakes, and sounds made by animals themselves.

科技类的我不来懂，不过要理自解文化环境的话，电影是最好的办法。既然是看科技类的文章还能理解的话，英文的底子应该不错。第一件事丢掉英汉词典，那是学习语言的垃圾障碍。查词只能用英英。我自己一直用的郎文高阶。建议看原版英文电影，如果听力不是太强的，先看有字幕版，第一次大略看，整个通读理解，第2次逐字逐句抄下来， 然后反复模仿，不光发音，语气语调全要模仿，就算是怪腔怪调的也不能怕丢脸。这个过程其实很类似疯狂英语。但是确实行相当之有效。多模仿几部就能看出效果。后面就可以看一些偏重类的电影或电视节目，网上有软件可以看到国外电视节目的，或者找找看有没这类视频下载。你可以看类似科技咨讯类的节目，同样是通读后进行反复模仿。这样无意识的累积大量的科技类词汇，并且不是强制的每句都跟中文意思对上号。最重要的是你看字幕的时候，千万不要去进行翻译！简单说，是直接一晃过去脑袋就知道这句话要表达什么，而不是翻译成中文，这个是重点！举个最简单的例子是你听到APPLE脑子里出现的是个苹果而不是苹果这个中文词。如果一直靠着英翻汉汉翻英的思维转换的话，一辈子也不可能真正理解外国文化。
