一个叫小红的汉族小姑娘是老奶奶的邻居。小红每次看见老奶奶做家务活的辛苦样子时，都会不由自主的产生同情之心。她决定去帮助老奶奶做家务活。有一天，小红看见老奶奶，一只手拐着拐杖，另一只手拿着洗衣服的棒子，艰难的在洗衣服。小红跑到老奶奶的面前，亲热的对老奶奶说：“奶奶，让我来帮您洗吧，您到一旁歇歇吧！”老奶奶一听连忙把手摇了摇说：“小红，不用了，不用了，我自己来。”但小红坚定的说：“不要紧的，我长大了吗，帮您作家务活是应该的吗。”老奶奶听了，没办法，只好让小红做。于是小红又是搓，又是打，一件件脏兮兮的衣服，被小红洗过像是刚买来一样干净。小红干完了活，刚准备走。却被老奶奶抱住了，老奶奶那张热乎乎的脸紧贴着小红，嘴里还说：“小红你真棒！”小红害羞的说：“没什么，没什么。”
从此，小红经常在生活上帮助老奶奶。虽然小红和老奶奶不是亲人，但她们的爱却比亲人还深

⑷ 大学英语听力材料文章
大学英语四六级历年听力真题可以在英语口语精华软件来练习。听力有中英对照字专幕同步播放，方便自己检查听属的准不准。
考前建议把历年真题都做做；另外，因为今年的听力题型有调整，减少了对华，增加了讲座，越来越靠近雅思听力了。
所以建议把预测题也做做，要是有考雅思的打算的话，可以把剑桥雅思的听力也听听。

所以我建议还是爱慧外语好用：
有四、六级真题和生活商务电影资料供选择。
每一句话，先听写，能听懂就过掉；听不懂转慢读，还是听不懂，自动转跟读几遍，要模仿原音读出声音哦
长此以往，听力口语会一起大大提高。

1。www.putclub.com这个网站是专门训练听力的网站。有很多的节目。BBC,VOA, AP news, discovery,etc.他的bbs里还有很多的英语发烧友会把当天的各个节目听写下来，你也可以听听看，然后对照他们的听写比较一下。
2。www.listeningexpress.com这里也是专门训练听力的。也有免费下载的，也有他们给你准备好的光盘可以购买的。我看中这个网站是因为免费下载里有一个节目叫做 “空中美语”。不知道你有没有听过这个节目，我觉得这个节目非常好。因为是一个谈话节目，可以练听力，也可以模仿练口语，而且他们谈论的话题一般都是热门话题，也可以长词汇量啊。

⑻ 提高英语听力。我下载了100篇英语文章音频，是反复听熟了一篇后再听下一篇好，还是，循环听这一百篇好
不要看原文，先完整的听一遍（大致知道讲什么就行了），再分句听，听一句暂回停，复述出来或者写下来答（个人认为说出来就可以了比较方便），复述不出就重复听，整篇这样说完，完整放全文跟着读，还是不要看原文！最后把不认识的单词和好的句子整理在本子上背出来就好。这样坚持一个月肯定有效果！
还有，文章不要太长，4~5分钟最好。我自己也这样练的。

每天早上读它个20分钟，一个星期只读一篇，跟着录音读，读到会背就差不多了。。
