4.音乐、美术、信息技术、劳动与技术和理化生实验等均按课标基本要求分学期按照统一要求由各市(区)教育行政部门统一组织，各初中学校负责测试，测试结果以A、B、C、D四个等级呈现(等级划分与地理、生物相同)，纳入学生综合素质评定相应项目评价。
