高考题难度的话，半年绰绰有余了。
材料方面其实不是很重要的，有人靠新闻练的，有人靠课文练的，不要太在意这个问题，一定要明白，听力是能力问题，只要是能提高能力的途径都是可以的，只不过有效率高低而已。
具体措施：
首先，建议你一定要先背好高考需要的单词，而且要联系读音来背，你要明白，一个单词如果你不认识，听力的时候你是绝对听不懂的，这是前提。
其次，培养一个好的做题习惯，即听力开始前要先快速浏览题目和选项，每一题之间的空隙要抓紧时间看下一题的题干，如此，才能做到胸有成竹，听的时候才能抓住重点信息。每次听完听力，要把听力原文翻出来看看，大部分情况下你都会遗漏掉很多讯息，翻翻原文想想是为什么遗漏的，不要对完答案就不管了。
再次，才是选择教辅的问题，不知道你是几年级，如果是高年级了，那么直接买真题集吧，找星火啊那些名牌教辅出的，质量大差不差。如果是低年级的同学，先不要听真题，去书店遍观一下各种听力教辅，找一本你喜欢的质量过得去开始听就行，低年级能力可以慢慢培养，不需要操之过急。
最后，提高任何能力归根到底都是需要坚持的，不管是用什么教辅、什么途径，请务必养成每天练习的习惯，如果没有听听力的条件，就自己读课文给自己听，读出声，要让自己能清楚地听到，坚持一段时间，会有很大的帮助的，你试试就知道了。有条件的话，把听力材料放在手机里等设备里，走路的时候听听，不需要全神贯注，培养熟悉感就可以了，能够让你在考试的时候更容易集中精神融入听力的播音。
