我知道E x say英语、ABC先下英语挺.好.的，在线英语学习，介位相对来说还是比内较便宜的，你试听容下，体验了再决定吧！是冲击波系列的吗？有些话题比较熟悉的挺起来就会觉得慢一点，不熟悉的话题就会感觉挺快的。外面卖的书籍除了真题外，其余的听力都和真实考试的时候语速有相当大的差异。不过有一本书比较接近的，就是一本红色皮的书，上外出的，好像是叫专业四级考试指南，它的听力是提供磁带的，听力语速和考试比较相似，但因为是磁带不太方便。平时练习的话我还是建议听冲击波的听力0篇。总体来说这本书还是很不错，当时我们老师就推荐的这一本，我是每一篇都做的，每天都听写一篇真的很有用要坚持下去，不知不觉就在提高，所以这本书的听写和其他书相比还是比较好的！祝你好运！
