我的建议来是，如果你不怕有一点点自麻烦，可以到苹果的官方网站http://www.apple.com/itunes/ 下载itunes软件，安装好以后，打开软件，在左边栏点itunes store，右边界面拖到最下方把中国的国旗改成美国的或者英国，接着就可以下载无数免费的podcast，也就是是美国人听的广播，大学生应该可以听懂，各种类型广播的都有，比如旅游啊艺术啊历史啊小故事啊等等，连圣经都有。。。可以根据自己的喜好选择有趣的下载下来，放到自己随便什么牌子的mp3里当听力都行。这其实是一个很好的方法，但是很多不用苹果品牌的人都不太知道

1 你说你英语高考120多份，想必英语成绩是很好的了，那英语四级对你来说应该是小case啦，但是以防万一，还是建议你做几套往年的四级真题，注意是真题，而不是什么模拟题，那在四级上就没什么好担心的了，至于六级虽然有难度，但是如果你保持良好的学习习惯，每天读英语半个小时，那英语六级也不是太大问题。
2 口语的话，也不知道你是需要哪一方面的，是商务还是什么的，现在的口语资料很多，但是一般专业性比较强，那就看你自己选择，现在好像有一套spark的系列英语口语练习，不过都是针对各个职业的情景对话，不知道你有没有兴趣，听力不妨也用这个，阅读的话，觉得每天适量的读一些新闻就好了，既能了解时事，又能提高阅读能力，
3 口语的话，别担心啊，自己大胆的说，一步步来，要表达什么不是先想一句话怎么说，而是里面的重点词语会不会说，如果不会，想一下是不是能够用其他相近的词语代替，不要想把句子说的多好，而是要说对意思 至于你说的纯正的英音问题，我想问一下，你是不是已经决定留学英国还是新西兰了，如果不是的话，那英音还是要慎重考虑啊，不过现在我只知道剑桥商务英语是纯正英音
4 写作的话，多背一些范文，一些文章都是有模板的。 然后也还是要背单词的，不过不建议你拿着什么四六级的词汇书背，那还是不会用，最好是在你看一些什么东西的时候，把自己不认识的，或是觉得常用的记录下来，没事的时候翻几遍
5听力，私以为看电视没有多大提高啊，要集中精力去听，然后做题，把四六级真题的听力好好做啊，那听力其实还蛮费脑细胞的，有时你明明听董了，但是答案也不一定对
那些证的话，如果是要出国发展的话，我觉得考了也是白考，反正国外也不会承认的，不过如果有兴趣，钱和时间的话，想考就去考吧
实在还不行，请看：英语：一句话，买本《3+2》 语法，词汇，作文什么的样样都有，讲的很透彻，很清楚。再加上后面的大量练习，一定可以的。阅读理解方面，个人觉得没必要看什么英语报纸杂志什么的，把作业讲义辅导书上的阅读理解都仔细的看过去，做过去就可以了。注意哦，一定要每道题都做，因为你现在时间充裕，每道题都要搞懂。实在不懂的话，可以等开学问老师或者上网络问。如果可以的话，你可以把每年的各省高考题都做一下。
⑽ 推荐一部比较好的英文语音小说呗！主要是练听力，当然内容也要好呀！
推荐我自己非常喜欢的一部啊：James Patterson的Honeymoon。这是一部悬疑小说，是由两位narrator合作版完成的，男女主权角的声音都非常好听，尤其是女声（由Hope Davis出演）的voice acting非常之到位。说实话，这是我听得最长的一部audiobook，其他的都没有太多耐心听下去哦。当然，Dan Brown的Deception Point的剧情也很吸引人，但是只有一位narrator，而且不是很喜欢男猪脚的声音。（之前我们在TVE英语上都有放这两部书，近期改版所以撤掉了，不过很快又会放上去滴~~）
其他的：友情推荐一下Elizabeth Gilbert的eat, pray, love，还有Carly Fiorina的tough choices，是两位女作家的，也还不错的，比较多的人喜欢哦。
