其实独立主格非常简单，也就是说两个单句变为一个复合句，必须只有一个主句，那么另内外一容个就只能变成非谓语了。所谓的主句就是指你想给对方表达你所说的话的主要意思，而非谓语是对整个主句的补充说明，比如条件状语啊，时间状语等等。例，It being Sunny tomorrow, we shall go out for a picnic. 这句话就是说如果明天是晴天的话，我们就去野炊。 这就是一个独立状语结构。
