World Bank是专有名词应在前面加the,此外我认为阁下表达的意思不完整，应该说"根据世界银行的规定或者划分情况”，后面的belong 是动词，不可以直接加在is 后面，应该说Pakistan belongs to或者is belonging to 。把这三点改好，就没问题了。
