这个，英语的学习其实最重要的还是找到适合自己的方法。话说我也考研，六级是去年考的，545分。简单讲讲个人的学习方法和体会，仅供参考啊~
首先是要有一个明确的目标，就是你希望英语六级想考多少。给自己树立一个目标真的很重要，因为你之后的具体复习计划都是围绕你的目标来进行的。
目标确定之后就是制定复习计划了。如果你的英语基础不是很好，需要比较长时间的复习，一个合理的计划更加是必须的了。
我自己是这样划分的，一共三个大的阶段：1，积累基础；2，对自身弱点的突破；3，考前调整
基础积累的阶段主要的工作就是背单词和词组，如果你基础不好，也可以适当看一些语法。这些都是最基本的，单词和语法，在任何一种题型中都会遇到，包括写作。另外可以这个阶段可以抽一点时间练练听力（听力很重要的，相信你很清楚这一点）。背东西没有什么特别的诀窍，一个是靠不断的重复记忆来强化，另外一个是进入语言环境去记忆，比如在阅读和听力中记忆。往往记住一个句子就可以非常好掌握的单词、词组的用法。多朗读文章也有帮助。
对弱点的突破是一个提高成绩的关键。首先要知道自己最大的不足。建议去买一两本比较搞质量的参考书，上面有比较齐全的应试技巧，买来以后可以仔细研究，再加以练习，掌握方法。这样就可以提高成绩了。自己的经历是，当时对fast reading非常反感，无从下手。然后就去找参考书，（记得是星火的），看上面介绍的方法，开始不适应这种解题习惯，但坚持一下，就好了，正确率非常高，到达彻底突破的效果。
考前调整的话，就是在前两个星期搞一下。主要是做做真题，但一定要掐时间做，否则效果不好。还有把一些重要的写作中用了产生“亮点”的词语和词组再强化记忆一下，也可以看看别人的范文，增强语感。
关于作文的话，个人觉得还是长期积累的好，有时间坚持练习肯定有效果。有人批改最好，但是至少你经常练习的话不会到考场上感到无话可说了。
