6月20日上午
8：50——9：00 试音时间 我要高分
9：00——9：10 播放考场指令，发放作文考卷
9：10 取下耳机，开始作文考试
9：35 发放含有快速阅读的试题册(但9：40才允许开始做)
9：40——9：55 做快速阅读
9：55——10：00 收答题卡一(即作文和快速阅读)
9：55——10：00 重新戴上耳机，试音寻台，准备听力考试
10：00 开始听力考试，电台开始放音
听力结束后完成剩余考项。
11：20全部考试结束。
务必提前15分钟进场。
考前：
1、考试必备物品：准考证、身份证（学生证）、2B铅笔（2支以上，笔要削得平一些）、橡皮、圆珠笔或钢笔（两支以上）、手表（手机不允许带入考场）以上这些东西考前晚上准备好，和钥匙放一起。涂改液不用带了！
2、关心天气冷暖：是否会下雨？（记得带伞）带些纸巾以备不时之需（打喷涕时）。
3、考场路线：给自己充足的准备时间，早20-25分钟到考场（不用太早，太早考场未必进得去）。
4、考前饮食：周五晚上吃得清淡一些，以清爽、可口、易消化吸收为准（蔬菜、清蒸鱼等）。四级早饭一定要吃（热豆浆/牛奶＋馒头等面类食物等），带上几颗巧克力（甜食有助于兴奋，让自己发挥得更好）。
5、心理准备：以自信的心态去对待一次新的挑战，不高估自己，也不贬低自己，认真对待，尽吾志而无悔。
6、特别准备：考试前听一套真题听力，把耳朵叫醒。
考中：
1、开考前去一次洗手间，不要再喝过多的水。
2、进入考场，提醒自己作到“四心” 一是保持“静心”，二是增强“信心”，三是做题“专心”，四是考试“细心”。如果自己还是觉得很紧张，捏紧你的拳头，再放松，找到那种感觉。紧张时，就深呼吸吧。
3、你的两位主考老师有可能都是女的。老师们不会很冷漠，你会觉得他们有一种类似体现职业道德的微笑， 我当时就是这么感觉的，不管如何，会在一定程度上消除你的紧张心理。
4、考试过程中不允许出来，你必须一直等到你那一组考试完毕。所以你最好带上足够的水，免得口渴影响发挥，也带上纸巾吧，没准你还会出汗呢。如果有朋友跟着，让他们做好思想准备，带上足够的杂志或者报纸吧！
5、摄像机也不是什么新鲜事物，一个黑色的小玩意而已，不要被他吓倒。如果不是十分感兴趣的话，也不要不停的看那个小东西，不然片子出来你会显得很可笑。不知道最后成绩是否真的还要参照录像过程，因为老师们当场都是要给出一定分数的。

官方的话，应该是各个学校或地区在420—480之间定一个分数为通过四级的版线。但是考虑到学生利益权，大都定的都是425.
425是可以考六级的线。达到这个分数就可以考六级了。
现在四六级都是给的成绩单，不是证书。所以425可以算是过的
