You could say "Hi, my name is __________."
You could go farther and add some details about yourself, depending on who you are introcing yourself to. If you are at work, for instance, you might want to tell your job title or who your boss is. If you are in college, you might tell your major. If the person you are introcing yourself to already knows someone that you know, you could say "I'm a friend of __________" or "You know my brother ________."
For a longer example, I'll pretend that I am introcing myself to you:
