rd表示序數詞13的縮寫形式，13rd february就是2月13日的意思。用法就是當日期是3、13、23這三個其中一個時，就可以縮寫成3rd、13rd、23rd的形式。

英文日期具體到某一天要用序數詞，類似縮寫有：

first——1st

second——2nd

third——3rd

fourth——4th

sixth——6th

twentieth——20th

twenty-third——23rd

其中1st，2nd，3rd為特殊形式，其它的都是阿拉伯數字後加th。
