Many of these children were sick with things like cancer. Sometimes Jackson would completely pay for their medical costs. It states that Michael Jackson has supported 39 charity organizations either with monetary donations.
Nobody is perfect. Although Michael Jackson is the god of music, he inevitably receives much attention by media. His privacy was often violated. Eventually he had to live in his own Wonderland like a naive boy. But what he did is still the focus of mass media. When some paparazzi and unprincipled reporters could not find anything of Jackson』 affairs, they overstate his rumor or make up gossip and scandal.
