With all the fish dead, there would certainly be no income this year and there would consequencely be no money for the immense tuition of this starting school year. I am only a senior high school student that certainly don't have any idea about what to do if I don't have enough money for the ecation which is so unreasionably highly-charged. All in all, it would be very kind of the go.vern.ment to consider about the compensation e to the loss of the leakage issue.
