大賽介紹
「『外研社杯』全國英語演講大賽」與「『外研社杯』全國英語寫作大賽」是由外語教學與研究出版社聯合教育部高等學校大學外語教學指導委員會和教育部高等學校英語專業教學指導分委員會共同舉辦、面向全國高校在校大學生的公益賽事。
「『外研社杯』全國英語演講大賽」於2002年創辦,在國內外廣受關注,已成為全國參賽人數最多、規模最大、水平最高的英語演講賽事;「『外研社杯』全國英語寫作大賽」於2012年啟動,旨在推動英語寫作教學,提高學生英語寫作水平,引領高校外語教學的改革與發展。兩項大賽以高遠的立意和創新的理念,匯聚全國優秀學子,競技英語表達與溝通藝術。同一賽場,兩個舞台,既各具特色,又互促互進,為全國大學生提供展示外語能力、溝通能力與思辨能力的綜合平台。
英語演講與寫作能力是國家未來發展對高端人才的基本要求,也是高端人才外語能力、思辨能力、交際能力、創新能力和國際競爭力的綜合體現。兩項大賽的設置,將以演講和寫作兩大能力的提高為「驅動力」,全面提升學生的外語綜合應用能力。賽題將以國際化人才要求為標准,融入思辨性、拓展性和創造性等關鍵要素,增強學生的跨文化交際意識,開拓其國際視野,提升其國際素養。
「『外研社杯』全國英語演講大賽」與「『外研社杯』全國英語寫作大賽」覆蓋面廣,選手代表性強;比賽遵循國際規則,賽程科學,賽制嚴謹,程序規范;評委專業,評判嚴格,保證公開、公平、公正;獎項設置合理,師生共贏,獎勵豐厚。
