我就不大贊同樓上說的，第一次說話應用 單引號 ，如果在對話里邊就應用專用 雙引號。
以這個為例，
'Sir,we welcome you to our city.This is a "No Parking"area.'
單引號是屬對話內容，至於"No Parking"，就是特別標注， 這個地方，不能「泊車」
『柒』 英文寫作中，我要引用原著的一段對話，外面是雙引號，裡面是單引號。
只要單引號或雙引號就可以了，無需單雙一起用。
『捌』 寫英語作文時，對話標點怎麼用，要不要加引
英文對話是要加抄引號的,而且是雙襲引號,與中文一樣的用法,唯一不一樣的是,中文說話前是冒號,而英語中是逗號,逗號後要空一格然後雙引號接講話內容.
至於單引號,還是跟中文一樣,在雙引號裡面如果出現需要打引號的,就用單引號.
