（一）要口語化。「上口」、「入耳」這是對演講語言的基本要求，也就是說演講的語言要口語化。演講，說出來的是一連串聲音，聽眾聽到的也是一連串聲音。聽眾能否聽懂，要看演講者能否說得好，更要看演講稿是否寫得好。如果演講稿不「上口」，那麼演講的內容再好，也不能使聽眾「入耳」，完全聽懂。由於演講稿的語言是作者寫出來的，受書面語言的束縛較大，因此，就要沖破這種束縛，使演講稿的語言口語化。為了做到這一點，寫作演講稿時，應把長句改成短句，把倒裝句必成正裝句，把單音詞換成雙音詞，把聽不明白的文言詞語、成語改換或刪去。演講稿寫完後，要念一念，聽一聽，看看是不是「上口」、「入耳」，如果不那麼「上口」、 「入耳」，就需要進一步修改。
（二）要通俗易懂。演講要讓聽眾聽懂。如果使用的語言講出來誰也聽不懂，那麼這篇演講稿就失去了聽眾，因而也就失去了演講的作用、意義和價值。為此，演講稿的語言要力求做到通俗易懂。列寧說過：「應當善於用簡單明了、群眾易懂的語言講話，應當堅決拋棄晦澀難懂的術語和外來的字眼，拋棄記得爛熟的、現成的但是群眾還不懂的、還不熟悉的口號、決定和結論」。
（三）要生動感人。好的演講稿，語言一定要生動。如果只是思想內容好，而語言乾巴巴，那就算不上是一篇好的演講稿。廣為流傳的恩格斯、列寧、斯大林的演講，毛澤東的演講，魯迅的演講，聞一多的演講，都是既有豐富深刻的思想內容，又有生動感人的語言。語言大師老舍說得好：「我們的最好的思想，最深厚的感情，只能被最美妙的語言表達出來。若是表達不出，誰能知道那思想與感情怎樣好呢？」由此可見，要寫好演講稿，只有語言的明白、通俗還不夠，還要力求語言生動感人。

議論文是初中學生學習的一種重要文體之一，初中學生寫議論文首先可以從學習寫「一事一議」開始。一事一議，就是對生活中的某件事情、某個問題、某種現象或學習中讀到的某項材料，表示自己的看法。這類文章的特點是就事論理，理從事來。
你可千萬別小看這種文章噢，它既是初學寫作者的一項有效的基本訓練方法，就連一些大作家們也常用它來發表自己的見解。
這類文章的一般寫法是：
首先要選擇一件較為典型的事，最好能
「以小見大」，從中悟出一個有一定普遍意義的道理，能給人以啟示和教育。
其次文章一般從敘述事件開始，敘事要概括簡明扼要，不能進行具體描寫。
然後在敘述事件的基礎上，把這件事所包含的意義揭示出來，做到就事論理。而所揭示的這個「理」就是這篇文章的中心論點。
最後圍繞這個理——即文章的中心論點展開論述，指出這個道理的普遍意義或現實意義。
怎樣寫好一事一議的議論文呢？
其一是態度要鮮明。這和其它議論文的要求是一樣的。對美好的事物，要毫不含糊的肯定和贊美；對丑惡的事物，則明朗的表示否定和憎惡；
其二是要緊扣文中的「事」選好「評論點」。一個事件或一種現象，往往可以反映出許多問題。而寫一事一議的文章，一般只要選擇自己感受最深或實際生活最需要議論的某一點，講得透就行了。一篇短文解決一個問題，不要涉及過廣，面面俱到。
怎樣才能找准論點呢？首先，要對所議論的事情、現象或材料了解得很清楚，這是議論的基礎。其次，立論要符合事情、現象或材料的本意，要考慮從哪個角度議論最能反映問題的本質，不要生搬亂套。再次，立論要正確，有積極意義，讓人讀了有所啟發。如果提出的論點有新意，就更有價值了。當然還要考慮自己的實際情況，考慮從哪個角度入手最有把握、最容易展開議論，就選擇哪個角度，而要避開自己感覺比較難的，說不清楚的問題。（這一點很重要）
其三是要處理好「敘事」與「議論」的關系。一事一議的文章屬於議論文，要以議論為主,而前面的敘事是議論的基礎,是議論的對象。因此，在敘述事實、介紹現象時，既要做到概括扼要，避免敘述過多過繁，又要做到清楚明白,不能出現敘述內容不明、失真的情況。在評議時，要注意緊扣所敘述的內容展開議論，不能出現二者分家、互不相乾的毛病。在就事論理、提出觀點之後要展開議論。運用擺事實、講道理的方法，選擇恰當的論據安排好論證的層次，充分說理，對中心論點進行闡述證明。學寫一事一議的文章，要從評議自己身邊的事情入手。比如學習生活、學校生活、家庭生活、日常禮儀、友情、親情、理想、等各方面的內容都可以成為話題。進而還應該把眼光放遠一些，去關心諸如國內外時事、社會熱點等問題。要想做到有內容可寫，有議論可發，重要的是要認真觀察生活、進行深入思考，並且鍛煉提高自己的分析推理能力。
