Because of our previous objections about compliance. 應該連在一起.3.結構對稱,令人輕易理解. 例子: The owner questioned the occupant's lease intentions and the fact that the contract had been altered with ink markings. 應改為: The owner questioned the occupant's lease intentions and ink alterations of the contract.
B. 文體
1.可讀性.對象是大學程度的話,用高中的英文就行,不要以為人人都是語言大師.多用短句(15-20字吧), 技術性的字,就更加要簡單易明.2.注重段落的開頭.一般來說,重要或強調的事情都放在信件或段落的開頭,而句子就放在最尾. 例如: 1.Because he was unable to attend the meeting personally, he forwarded his congratulations on cassette tape. 2.He forwarded his congratulations on cassette tape because he was unable to attend the meeting personally. 兩者強調的事情就有分別了。
C. 格調
1.式樣和句子長度不要太單調. 千篇一律的subject-verb-object會悶死人的.有時短句跟著長句可以化解一下.2.弱軟的詞(e.g. was, were, is, are...)可以加強一點. 例如: Prunton procts are highly effective in ... 改為: Prunton procts excel in ...就有力很多了.
2.企業英語郵件寫作注意事項
1.Subject不超過6個字。要字字有信息。
2.開頭的正規寫法:不是熟人,如Wennie James,就是Dear Wennie James;熟人寫法:就是Dear Wennie;親密寫法:就是Hi Wennie;不知名寫法:就是To whom it may concern
3.Body一般不超過兩段,每段少於3-4句。
4.郵件的核心要解釋清楚Situation,Benefit,Action:現在情況如何,如果這么做就有什麼好處,下一步要怎麼做。
5.寫完後讀兩遍再送。第一遍檢查筆誤,精簡文字。第二遍檢查語氣十分合適,敘述是否清楚。
⑶ 商務英文郵件書寫規范
常見的商務英語電子郵件包括以下五部分:
①寫信人回Email地址、收信人Email地址、抄送收答信人Email地址、密送收信人Email地址。②標題。③稱呼、開頭、正文、結尾句。④禮貌結束語。⑤寫信人全名、寫信人職務及所屬部門、地址、電話號碼、傳真等。
其中郵件主題應體現郵件主旨,要引人注目、意思明確,最好為名詞或動名詞短語;稱呼禮貌得體,符合商務英語寫作習慣,如不知對方姓名只知頭銜,可用 Dear+Title作為稱呼,如只知對方姓名不知性別,可用Dear+全名,如郵件為一封通函,則用DearAll作為郵件稱呼;正文應結構清楚,便於閱讀,如正文內容較長,可使用小標題、小段落,或利用星號、下劃線及段落間空行等方式使郵件眉目清楚、一目瞭然。
